[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am definitely a "sweater" and have tried many deodorants. At one point, I used a prescription deodorant. I have tried gel deodorants in the past but tend to avoid them because I find that they do not dry quickly after application. The Secret Outlast® Xtend boasts 48-hour odor protection, so I put it to the test. I went 48 hours without reapplying. I must say... after 48 hours, I was still smelling good! Granted, I did not work out or do anything particularly strenuous during that 48-hour period. However, I was still impressed with the odor protection. My only complaint about this deodorant is that, like other gel deodorants, it doesn't absorb quickly after application, so my armpits are still slimy when I'm getting dressed.

While in the past I did not have the best experience with gel deodorant, Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel was the game-changer in deodorants. If you're looking for an odor protection that is long lasting, while keeping you fresh and dry for an extended period of time, you should be picking this one up when you shop at the store next time. I like that I can apply this in the morning, it dries clear, doesn't leave residue on my skin or clothes, and keeps me fresh and dry with 48-hour protection. Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel will leave you fresh, fearless, and ready to take on the day ahead.

It is so much better than any of the other deodorants I have used in the past! Immediately after applying, the moisture under my arms disappears and stays away all day and night! I also love its clean fresh scent! Even during physical activity and exercise I had no sweating or oder under my arms! The deodorants I've used in the past I have had to reapply multiple times throughout the day and I didn't feel completely dry or free of sweat at any time, but with Secret Outlast I feel completely dry immediately after applying and only have to apply it once a day! Everyone should give it a try!

I am someone who spends a lot of time in the deodorant aisle, reading labels, and thinking about what I buy before I buy it. Suffice to say, if there's such a thing as a deodorant expert, I'm probably right up there. Here's what I'd want to know as someone who has never tried Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel- PROS -Goes on clear and STAYS clear -Very consistent amount comes out when I'm twisting the knob at the bottom, compared to some other clear gels I have tried that have either nothing OR a geiser-like amount come out -Pleasant scent that is not overwhelming -Lasts through a full day of teaching -Lasts through Barre and non-hot yoga sessions -Available at a variety of retailers CONS -The name "Xtend" really implies that it's going to last longer than competitors, but I found that when I woke up the next morning, I had stinky armpits. This has NOT been my experience with many competitor brands and products. -Does not last through hot yoga, so the arm pits of my post-hot-yoga gear were stinky, which is not the case for some other deodorants I have used -Is more expensive than comparable men's deodorants. What's up with that?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a trial sized Secret Outlast® Clear Gel product thanks to Secret, as part of a promotion from the brand through BzzAgent. Secret claims it offers 48 hour odor and wetness protection. I tried this product for a week and took it to the test, which you can see my results below in my full review. The Packaging : The packaging is easy to open and has a cap to keep it closed when not in use. Small enough to throw in a bag or purse, to carry it on the go. Easy to twist to get the Clear Gel out of the container. The Secret Outlast Clear Gel container has holes across the top that are evenly distributed when dispensed, so you can get an even swipe. By time you twist it to get it started, it seems as though half the Clear Gel is missing. To me, it's a waste of packaging if it's only filled half way. If too much comes out, you can twist it the opposite direction and the Clear Gel that popped out of the holes will go right back in. Which I like, so you use less and be less wasteful. As long as you haven't already swiped or smoothed them away, though. The Clear Gel : Just like the product name, Clear Gel, it goes on clear and feels like gel. Not sticky by any means, but more like aloe vera gel, smooth in texture. I've tried this product for a week, while wearing different color and material of clothing. I didn't notice any streaks, marks or any residue left on my clothing while using this product. The Scent : It has a completely clean, fresh scent. It's not too strong or overbearing, but it is noticeable if you smell it out of the package or smell under your arms. The Test : Yesterday I went to an amusement park with a water park on a 91F degree day. Before I left I applied the Secret Outlast Clear Gel under both of my armpits and didn't reapply any throughout the day. I went swimming in the pool, down water slides and walked around the 180 acre theme park. By the end of the day I was tired, sweaty and a hot mess. After the long drive home, I was too tired to even think about taking a shower. When I changed my clothes when I got home, I took a sniff of my arm pits and to my surprise, I could still smell that distinct, clean fresh scent from the Secret Outlast Clear Gel. There was no odor what so ever. I didn't reapply any that night or the next morning. The next day before I took a shower, I smelled my under arms again and there it was, that completely clean scent from the Secret Outlast Clear Gel product I applied the day before. I was really impressed on how long it lasted, especially after sweating that whole day and going under water. Though I didn't take it on a full 48 hour test, that 24 hours sure felt like 48. Maybe during the colder months I will come back and redo the 48 hour test and leave another review. Or if Secret has another secret to keep the rest of my body feeling clean and smelling good for 48 straight hours? Until then, I'm going to shower everyday! :)

Whether I'm working up a sweat riding my bike to class or working at my job, I never have to worry about my sweat or body odor because I use Secret Outlast Xtend. I love the clear gel that goes on clear and it's a snap to use. I use less deodorant because of the unique formula of Secret Outlast Xtend, saving me time and money. This deodorant is convenient and long-lasting and I plan on buying it again when I get low on my current stick. The smell is great, Completely Clean, and others compliment me that I smell so good. I tell them it's my deodorant and they should buy some Secret Outlast Xtend, too! The gel dries quickly and it makes me feel confident to take on my daily challenges. I never have to worry about reapplying my deodorant multiple times a day (like I did with other deodorants in the past) because Secret's formula is designed to last up to 48 hours. It fits in with my lifestyle and makes my life easier. Plus, I'm saving time and money with not having to use as much of the high-quality clear gel. Each time I smell it, it reminds me of being in a spa because the scent is so appealing, yet not overwhelming to me. I like that others around me can tell I'm fresh and I feel more confident about myself. I don't even need to use body spray or perfumes because Secret Outlast Xtend has me covered! No more hiding the sweat because Secret takes care of that for me! The gel goes on cleanly and evenly and dispenses just the right amount each time. I like that the gel is unlike others because it cleans and does the job it claims to do, which is surpassing my expectations time and again.

It may have been too overpowering. This is probably just a personal preference but I couldn't will myself to wear it more than once...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used solids for years and always hated the white marks. I recently switched to the spray, which has no white marks, but doesn't seem to work as well. This is the best of both, as effective as the solid, with no white marks. Love it!
