Thank you for reaching out about our Secret Outlast Clear Gel Completely Clean Antiperspirant Deodorant. We're sorry to hear that the product seemed to be only half full. We have strict quality controls in place, so it's unusual for a package to leave our plant without the proper amount of product in it. We fill our canisters by weight, not volume, to ensure you receive the exact amount we advertise on the package. With that said, we do leave a bit of empty space in each canister so that the product does not spill out while it's moving through the production line. Still, we'd like your comments to get the attention they deserve and we will be reporting this to our Quality Assurance Team. We'd like to assist you further. When you have the time, please give us a call at (800) 964-1947 or email us through our Contact Us Page.
