[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try this free via BzzAgent and I find this deodorant is good for my typical daily use. I tried the clear gel since I usually use Secret Clinical Soft Solid and wanted to try something different. Pros: Smells great, stays clear, feels cool, and held up in keeping me fresh during a standard day. The packaging is a pro too. The gel squeezes out of the bottle if pressed even slightly while open and the cap is designed to prevent it from leaking which is great because I carry deodorant in my purse. Cons: While it held up during a standard day I didnt feel like it was as powerful as my Secret Clinical Strength when working out or after being out shoveling snow in thick layers. The gel isn't sticky but it does feel a bit goopy and doesn't seem to absorb as well as my soft solid. Conclusion: Great for the day to day and a way to use less Clinical Strength which is more expensive but I would use the clinical on days I know I will be hitting the gym/doing sweaty activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't do an extensive trial as my sample was basically empty. I'm assuming it evaporated during shipping. An issue I suppose gel would have. But there was enough for me to try it out in a couple situations. I tried this on a regular mom day - running around after my two littles and on a very long day of hiking in the sun wearing a 9 month old on my chest and a pack on my back. For a regular day it works well but I knew by the morning I would need a fresh application. As for the crazy hike I needed to reapply long before I was able to. Overall it is a good product for typical use. If you aren't running around all the time it might work for two days in the office air conditioning! But this is not something that is going to leave you smelling fresh and clean after a weekend in the woods. Personally I don't like the feel of gel deodorant before it dries and since the Secret Outlast didn't seem to work better than for me than Secret Invisible Solid I think I will stick with the stick.

The scent is nice, albeit a bit strong (but that could be just because I wasn't used to it) and it seems to work just fine but it made my armpits very, very itchy. Even a few days after I tried it I was itchy. So not for me :(

The deodorant does not stay clear like the advertise, but instead left white marks all over my black tank top. The smell was nice at the beginning but quickly faded and it took over two minutes for it to dry and that was when I stopped keeping track.

However, I really need to whack some of my weeds away and harvest some of my crop. Luckily the temperatures weren't too troubling since I had the Secret Clean Clear Gel on. I seemed to have been sweating less and smelled better than usual after I had finished. Worked like a charm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using secret clear gel deoderant for years now (usually the Paris, Apple, or Pear scent) and find this deoderant very comparable. It keeps me fresh and dry and lasts all day. The only down side is that I am not a fan of the "completely clean" scent. I prefer the other scents to this and it does put a damper on how much I can enjoy this deoderant. But if you like this scent I would suggest buying this over the other ones as it is a stronger formula and will keep you dry longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first about using gel deodorant, as I have had some bad experiences in the past with it not drying right away and proceeding to get all over my clothes. I haven't had this problem with the Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel. It goes on super easy and dries right away as well. I know that I don't have to worry about it getting all over my clothes when I am getting dressed. Another bonus to the deodorant is that is smells amazing! You are able to tell that it is working all day long! Every now and then I'll be doing whatever it is that I am doing and I get a little smell of the deodorant. To me, that is the deodorant letting me know that it is doing its job. If you like gel deodorant and good smelling deodorant at that, give this a try! I would recommend it to anyone!

I have tried every type of deodorant known to man, even resorting to trying to making my own. The Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel deodorant doesn't really appear to be different from others by first glance. I was instantly grasped by the scent of it..its wonderful! Nothing like most deodorants. It applied like all the others and dried pretty quickly as well. The "secret" is in the power of this product. It actually lasted all day and I am saying ALL DAY because I wore it to work and still smelt pretty. For skeptics this is one product you should definitely try. I know it changed the way I think about trying items that have failed me in the past. While we shouldn't give everything second chances, like stupid ex-boyfriends, you should give Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel a go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had an issue with sweating. I sweat when it's hot or even cold! It has really impacted my life. Clothes shopping has always been an issue as I can only buy dark colored tops that will disguise the wet marks and also I cannot but any silks or satins as it is very easy to see the sweat marks on these fabrics. It has made me really self conscious and has caused me many embarrassing moments. Luckily it has gotten slightly better in the last few years but the issue still exists, so I think you could imagine how excited I was to try the Secret Outlast Clear Gel which claimed 48 hours of odor and wetness protection. I've been using invisible solids and as we know they are not really invisible. With the clear gel you don't have to worry about getting deodorant marks on you clothes. At first it felt a little weird to have the gel in my armpits but I must say it does dry rather quickly. As for the odor and wetness protection, I am happy to say that it really does keep me dry! The only thing I didn't care for was the clean scent. I loved everything else about this deodorant and will be buying the Secret Outlast deodorant in the lavender scent. Thanks for allowing me to sample this great deodorant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shower every evening, so I still haven't been able to try the 48 hour aspect of the protection, but I did try it out for a long day, and overall, I liked it, but it wasn't perfect. PROS: - Smells great and dries quickly. I was able to roll it on under my shirt, and though it felt a little bit wet from the gel for a few seconds, it passed quickly and I was able to move on. It smelled fresh but not overpowering, which I liked. I wear perfume and it didn't conflict at all. - Freshness lasts. I put it on around 7:30 am, and wore it while I cleaned the apartment and walked quite a lot around campus while carrying a backpack and wearing a jacket. I did get hot and my underarms felt a little damp, but I did continue to smell fresh. - No clothes or skin staining! I really hate the white residue that comes from normal deodorant and this had none of it! CONS: - Not great as an anti-perspirant. I honestly don't mind feeling a bit sweaty, but if something says its an antiperspirant, I want it to act as one, and this one didn't work super great. I was walking a lot, but I also felt sweaty relatively quickly as well. - Kind of a strong scent. It smelled good as I said before, and didn't conflict with my perfume, but I wish that it had less of a scent, and instead just prevented you from smelling bad. Maybe an unscented one would be nice for those that don't like scent! - Could have fit more in the container. For me to get any product out, I had to twist it for a long time, and now the base of the gel is more than a third of the way up, after only one use. It might way the 2.6 oz (I haven't checked), but I wish the container was smaller if the gel doesn't need that much space. I had only used a gel deodorant once before, and I didn't like how I felt sticky after putting it on, but this one never made me feel sticky and the dampness from the gel dried really quickly. sticky I felt, but this one Overall, it's a good product. I still smelled good at the end of my day. I can't speak to the 48-hour protection, but for a busy 12-hour day, which is probably the most common use case for this, it works great.
