Happy with the picture and the smart functions. The sound is not as loud as I wish. Also this unit does not have the sound bar connection system so had to buy a third party product that works fine. Does not have an app to support the Tablo over the air DVR. This is my 4th or 5th Vizio and all are still running today.

after about 45 days, i get buffering with screen paused or frozen screen that i have to go back to home screen and reopen my app.When opening apps, i get a black screen before the app will open. bluetooth headphones connection is low volume and scratchy. Support answer is to reset tv, reset apps, basically start from scratch and you have to give a different location in the home to finish this and you are registering the tv AGAIN! that is how their system works. the controller is a dumb unit and is not able to select inside apps with voice control.

However, if hooked up to a speaker the tv automatically connects which is a great feature. I have a apple stick, but everything is controlled through the tv. Great buy for a great price.

I registered it and was happy to talk to a customer rep about the warranty and additional productscandvitbwss a very good experience all around!

It's great now that I've got it set up and working. But set up was a nightmare. Took me TWO HOURS to finish set-up because there were all kinds of problems. QR codes didn't do anything at all when I scanned them, tried to manually enter code that was on TV screen but the link I was told to go in order to enter the code didn't have anyplace to enter the code, I already had the vizio app on my cell, but the TV wouldn't recognize it. Like I said, it was a nightmare. But now that it's up and running, it's a very nice TV. While I would recommend the TV to a friend, I'd also warn them about potential problems with set-up.

The richest color and picture and brightest picture I’ve ever seen. Setup was as simple as turning on the TV and following the prompts on the screen. Thank you Vizio

Connected to the Internet, found all the channels, put in all the apps, and we were rocking and rolling! Would like to have a jack for my full stereo surroundsound, but the Bluetooth seems to have hooked up fairly well.

I also think the user interface is relatively simple and easy to use. Overall I’m extremely happy to have this TV!!
