this tv had very lack luster sound quality. we had to turn it up to 45 just to have a decent sound from YouTube. when we originally installed it, the screen was shaking and the picture quality was grainy. it ended up being returned

The tv and picture are great. The voice remote sucks. I don’t want to speak to my remote to change the volume. And using an app is just ridiculous. What is Vizio trying to accomplish with this?

Tv stopped working randomly. Lines appeared after about a month. Working fine one minute then lines randomly appeared the next. Tv has never been hit, dropped, etc. Was very happy until this happened. Big inconvenience.

This Vizio replaced an LG that only lasted 2 years. So far very happy, the picture, sound, ease of use is much better than the LG. Imagine that. Definitely recommend.

Walmart installlers difficult to contact. Too many unusual passwords too handle. Had problems with the private installation. Still no ability to access direct tv. Any suggestions?

This TV is awesome. I love the picture. It’s so crystal clear the price is another thing you cannot beat. I would highly recommend recommending finding this TV.

For Black Friday deals this year we go Vizios for the home. They are are great for the price. Easy to set up and the displays are gorgeous. This is the 55" pictured, but we also got the 65" as well in this model.

At first my hubs and I were super happy with our purchase. However, we quickly realized this TV is a total waste of $$ and completely a piece of garbage. Not worth any amount of $$! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $! Buy a smaller better brand or pay more for a better quality product. Just don’t buy this. It freezes constantly. We have to unplug/restart. It shuts off by itself periodically as well. Garage people! Buyer beware!

I have had Vizio, Samsung, LG and Philips TVs and the Vizio is the best one so far. The price is great and it has a great picture. Easy set up and when you connect to an input is auto names it. The streaming apps on the TV work great so no need for an apple tv or other steaming box. I love this TV!
