this is a nice tv but its also sensitive if u bump the remote anyway it will cause your tv to reset or mess the picture up on the screen idk if everyone else is dealing with this or i jus so happen to spend my hard earned money and get lucky to have the least functional tv but if no one else is aware heres the warning!!!

I’m extremely disappointed because my original order for the 65ā€ size of this model got automatically canceled. Now as I look on your site, the 65ā€ is once again in stock and is marked at A LOWER PRICE than even this 55ā€ model! I am furious about this! I would like a solution to this problem because I am not happy!

pictures fantastic sound is fantastic... registration of the hassle but I finally got it done... one bad thing about this TV is that when you turn it off and you turn it back on you have to go to the very beginning and start all over.. for instance if you're watching something on YouTube on your fire stick if you turn the TV off and then back on it will not return to where you were you have to start at the very beginning... but seriously folks the picture is so fantastic if you're watching in 4k it's amazing.. this is my third Vizio TV... the first one died in four and a half years... the second one started acting up and four and a half years... and now this new one... I know some of these big companies have a way of limiting the span of use ..years...

The reason I only gave 4 stars is because in order to use the tv , you have to set up an account with Vizio - and pay $60 for 5 years of service. At the end of the 5 years you have to renew and pay another $60. I did not realize this when we purchased the tv for my parents. Other than that, it is a great tv!

This vizio tv glitches. I was going to use it for streaming only, but it would glitch and/freeze up when I connected. I changed, fixed settings and it still glitches/freezes. Its not my internet. My other tvs, all samsungs, do not do this. So I connected my directv box to the vizio and it still dod mot solve the problem. i want to return this tv.

It is priced well but this tv is garbage. There is a green tint that comes and goes over the entire screen, and the volume is not stable. Normal volume on one app is either very loud or very quiet on another so you’re constantly adjusting the volume.

I had a 50 inch Vizio. I’ve only bought Vizio TVs. I’ve had 350 inches 170 inch and now there’s 55 inch. The 150 inch about two years ago went black and only had sound did everything they said never worked two years old had a warranty. I just got this 55 inch with an extended warranty and it ain’t even been in my house a month and it just went black And the remote doesn’t even register the TV red light change batteries and remote. That’s not it. It was just playing a show and went black. I’m not happy with them.

The tv it’s really good, image and sound features, but the watch free comes with 3 adds every 5 minutes the most of the time repetitive, so imposible to watch anything, now the last three months take me a lot to connect to my Netflix account trying to sell bundle subscriptions, and it’s not the internet connection because the channels that they want you to watch to play adds work perfectly. Today finally don’t allow me to connect to my Netflix event tried to cast from my phone and can’t do it Will be connecting my Roku again and forfeit the original setup. the volume is pretty awful you have use the remote control and hit menu then go to setting then audio and then volume leveling to increase the volume I wear hearing aids and I had them turned up all the way could barely hear what they were saying but this works the best
