[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t like that you can’t access certain apps without Amazon fire stick. I wanted to download the DIRECTV app but was unable to so I had to purchase the fire stick.

I am not happy with the TV because I cannot switch inputs without resetting the entire system. And have had NO success with support from Vizio in figuring this out.

Picture is fantastic. It's easy to navigate their app. As with any new electronic device it takes a few minutes to become comfortable, but I must say it is user friendly. I wish it had one or two more HDMI and USB ports.
