I purchased my 55" TV from another vendor. I think the TV itself is basically a good product. My problem is Vizio apparently engages in customer bullying. It constantly tries to push you a Wi-Fi connection. If you do sign up for an account with them, it won't let you opt out later. Contact customer service only ends up with them trying to get you to accept the Wi-Fi connection. If you do that, you can't complete the account process unless you click the box, agreeing to receive ads and other communications from them via your email address and via the TV itself. The prodding screen block preventing you from watching YOUR TV will not deactivate, unless you reset your TV. Even then, you can't deactivate your account with them. And the push to connect to Wi-Fi remains. I consider this bullying, arm twisting, trap and cage tactic. Finally, the TV randomly changes the picture mode, despite your settings when turn it back on. It annoying to repeatedly go into settings and reset the picture mode the way you want it. My dumb TV didn't treat me this way. You've been warned.
