Great TV - great value!

DO NOT PURCHASE TVs FROM SAM'S. I ordered this TV in December 2024. It arrived with a dark shadow spot on the screen. I returned it via FedEx and Sam's sent a replacement TV a few days later. Since they were replacing the TV, they did not issue a refund. Totally ok. The 2nd TV also arrived damaged with a dark shadow spot in a different location on the screen. I returned the 2nd TV as well, and decided not to bother with a 3rd attempt, and requested a refund instead. Sam's NEVER refunded the purchase. It's been 3 months since this ordeal started and I've been battling with Sam's for the refund for more than 3 weeks. Their story is that they issued the refund at the beginning of March, but the credit card company has no record of the refund. When I explained this to Sam's, I was told I would receive the refund within 48 hours. You guessed it, 4 days later and still no refund. So I contacted Sam's yet again, and was told the refund was issued 3 weeks ago and the customer service representative was absolutely no help at all. You should be ashamed of yourself Sam's, for causing all this headache and still haven't resolved this issue. You also need to hire better customer service representatives as attempts to get this resolved has been so very frustrating. Oh yeah, you issued a $15 store credit, so you know you are in the wrong, yet you still have not issued the refund. Unbelievable!!!

We love the picture quality and these tvs last. Our last Vizio lasted 10+ years!
