Bought my Vizio 55 Quantum M55Q6-L4 after an other brand smart TV I bought stop working after 3 months a sad Black Friday buy. This Vizio is not just smart but highly intelligent just needed to add a 4k-8k antenna for local broadcast and I’m all good THANK YOU VIZIO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10 years ago I purchased my first Digital Television and it was a 2k Vizio Smart TV and This was one of the best Television I have ever purchased and even though it was a 2K verses a 4K I was satisfied with the quality and it served me well for 10 years. I just purchased another “M” class television from Vizio but this time I Bought The Quantum 4K Qled HDR Smart TV. Let’s see if I can get 10 years out of this one too.

From the very beginning the TV was not living up to my expectations from Vizio. The sound quality was off and not very good. The picture quality especially during action films with pixelate. Overall even at the low price I was disappointed. The TV will be going back.

I bought the tv 90 days ago and im sorry I did it did not work right and called vicio and they was not much help to get it fixed and it still doesn’t work right and no one cares it was a waste of my money they did not make it right and will not talk to me the warranty was not worth the paper it was printed on

I recently replaced my old Vizio (7 years old) with a 55 inch Quantum Smart TV My first observation is that it is very light weight. My old Vizio was 40-50 pounds. This one can' t be more than 25 pounds at most. How they get so many features in such a light weight package is amazing. I also like all the features that are built in. We don't need a streaming box any longer which save a few dollars. We've only had the new TV for 3-4 days but so far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is not two weeks old and was easy to set up. The color is beautiful. The volume is not so great. The volume is inconsistent. On about half the shows the background sound crackle is so loud it is hard to understand what the actors are saying. On other shows the vole start soft and then continues to increase. When we first got the TV the volume would set at a 28 on the volume meter. Now you need to keep it from 39 to 59. The instructions or manual does not address this issue. I love the picture but the volume and crackle sounds are a huge issue.

So pleased that I told several looking at this model in the store last week it would be a great buy. Getting everything set up would need a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new Vizio about 1-1/2 months ago. I've had a lot of good experiences with Vizio so I didn't even consider a different brand. I'm glad I stayed with Vizio. I haven's learned to use many of the smart features yet but the picture is incredible! The color and sharpness are amazing. My only complaint is that the volume doesn't go up as loud as my previous TV. I live in a small house so I should be able to hear the TV much better when I'm in the kitchen doing dishes or fixing meals. I realize Vizio wants to sell their soundbars and that's probably the reason the sound won't go as loud as earlier models but I'm disappointed with the volume. The sound itself is fine, the volume is my only complaint. Despite this one disappointment, I'm still a loyal Vizio customer and I would even purchase this model again if I needed another TV.
