I was really excited for this TV but I am disappointed overall. After a month the screen started to flicker constantly. I had nothing hooked up to it and did all the troubleshooting on the website. I also never received a phone call from an actual person like I was told I would. I am unable to connect my Alexa to the TV. I am unable to connect my Bose soundbar. Overall a huge disappointment.

I already had a Vizio Tv prior to buying this new one and I was really happy about it. It felt like the older one needed more work on the remote controller but the new one is so awesome! Also the quality of the tv is incredible! Much better choice than the competition.

I bought this a week ago and I was utterly impressed with the quality of the picture. The colors are deep and bright and they pop right off the screen. The remote is very user friendly and it has all the apps and features you want. Excellent television!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first set up the tv, I had quite a few issues with the screen. It kept going black but I could still hear the sound from the tv. It did this for a couple days. I got tired of it, and ended up resetting the entire tv and rebooting it. I don’t know what happened, but I got it to work properly. Smart tv’s always have some sort of complication I feel like. But now that’s it’s working, I love it. It’s a huge tv, and the picture is great. I play a lot of video games, and the sound and image quality is great. It’s nice because when I turn my tv on, my PlayStation automatically comes on with it. I also love how I can access all of my video streaming services easily and quickly. I would recommend this tv for anyone thinking about purchasing a smart tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV 3 weeks ago, Set up was super easy. The sound is ok, But for a TV that is supposed to be a QLED the picture is no better than the 4K UHD TV that this TV replaced, So I am disappointed at that aspect of the purchase.

Works amazing with my Xbox for some 4k gaming and easy switch over to apps like Netflix for the kids to watch their favorite shows. You can even connect your Bluetooth headphones straight to the TV. Best TV I e ever owned and very affordable! Great buy!!!!!!

The picture this TV has is really incredible. We are extremely satisfied with Vizio quality and always pleased with their pricing. Would recommend to everyone looking for a quality product.

I got this one for our bedroom, Very simple setup & great selection of Apps. I Always look for a set I can run Plex on as I have an extensive media library. Not only is it supported, it runs better on this set than any of my others. No lagging or audio Sync issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My VIZIO 55" TV was delivered July 1, 2024 very well packed. All I had to do was to unbox , plug in the power cord turn it on, and start watching. The instructions are very easy to understand and navigate. All the apps I wanted pre-installed. The picture is very clear. The sound is good except for when the music gets intense. The sound also gets very loud when watching shows with commercials. You have to continue to adjust the sound, however, VIZIO TV is a great TV to invest in. I will be purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar to accompany my new VIZIO TV. I will let you know how the VIZIO Sound Bar works on the VIZIO Sound Bar Review.
