[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My VIZIO 55" TV was delivered July 1, 2024 very well packed. All I had to do was to unbox , plug in the power cord turn it on, and start watching. The instructions are very easy to understand and navigate. All the apps I wanted pre-installed. The picture is very clear. The sound is good except for when the music gets intense. The sound also gets very loud when watching shows with commercials. You have to continue to adjust the sound, however, VIZIO TV is a great TV to invest in. I will be purchasing a VIZIO Sound Bar to accompany my new VIZIO TV. I will let you know how the VIZIO Sound Bar works on the VIZIO Sound Bar Review.

I bought my first Vizo flat screen TV more than 15 years ago. My 2nd was a Vizio too. I bought 2 other branded TV's since then and both wore out within the first couple years. I love the features and the picture. The large screen is great too, especially since I am older and vision has gotten worse. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10 years ago I purchased my first Digital Television and it was a 2k Vizio Smart TV and This was one of the best Television I have ever purchased and even though it was a 2K verses a 4K I was satisfied with the quality and it served me well for 10 years. I just purchased another “M” class television from Vizio but this time I Bought The Quantum 4K Qled HDR Smart TV. Let’s see if I can get 10 years out of this one too.

I have had Vizio tv's but this has to be the most poorly design UI i have seen. Current I'm attempting to add mu cable channels that now MUST be under the Watch TV + WHY!!! None of the channels i have show up after a add channels ( worked with live support person to get this to work. I have tested the cable with three other tvs Sony, Insignia and TCL. ALL HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SCAN LOCAL CHANNELS. Your main page looks like a billboard. You van reduce the size of all the icons to 1/3 the size and still see the into. You do not allow the use to hide categories that they will never use. I'm using a ROKU stick to get around your presentation. Not sure what else to advise you on since I'm sure your focus is on presenting and managing content as you see fit not the consumer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using vizio tvs for many years and have been happy with them. My model M470SV passed on after many years. This model is a major upgrade for me. Looks quite impressive, nice flow in the screen layout, easy setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is not two weeks old and was easy to set up. The color is beautiful. The volume is not so great. The volume is inconsistent. On about half the shows the background sound crackle is so loud it is hard to understand what the actors are saying. On other shows the vole start soft and then continues to increase. When we first got the TV the volume would set at a 28 on the volume meter. Now you need to keep it from 39 to 59. The instructions or manual does not address this issue. I love the picture but the volume and crackle sounds are a huge issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall solid unit. Works well, nice app store, responsiveness, etc. Bummer that flash drives simply don't work on the usb port.....even after formatting in fat32, still trouble connecting. Tried multiple variations of sticks, etc....

Once you get it out the box and set it up it is very user friendly unlike others I have used. I really love the thin edges around the screen which seems to make the screen larger and more of an enhanced technology.

To be honest I bought a 43 inch Vizio about 4 months ago, running great as I use it as a deck TV. And recently purchased this 55 inch to replace my office television. For the price the picture can’t be beat. Very happy with my purchase.

I recently replaced my old Vizio (7 years old) with a 55 inch Quantum Smart TV My first observation is that it is very light weight. My old Vizio was 40-50 pounds. This one can' t be more than 25 pounds at most. How they get so many features in such a light weight package is amazing. I also like all the features that are built in. We don't need a streaming box any longer which save a few dollars. We've only had the new TV for 3-4 days but so far, so good!
