When I first got the new TV had a wonderful picture and still does however when that when I first got the TV you’d watch a movie and the volume you wouldn’t even get past like 28 but now to hear the conversations you have to turn the volume up to about 70 or 75 just to be able to hear. The sound sounds muffled when you’re picking a movie and you’re watching a little bit of the highlights before you hit play the volume is very good however, when you hit the play button and the movie starts, it sounds very muffled and you have to turn the volume way up to hear

Black spots on the screen. Noticed when you encounter a white screen. Darker images are ok but if you are watching an ice hockey game or anything with bright background it’s a no go for me. I returned it. You would think these manufacturers would have their T’s crossed and i’s dotted

The best thing I like is the picture quality. I watched a Professional football game on it Thursday night and the deep clear quality of the TV was phenomenal. I can't wait to watch another game on it.

superior color, remote controls are intuitive, take out of the box, plug in and you are immediately in full control of all color settings. go to cable remote. press guide and the Vizio automatically shifts over to cable box control. Put in a disk, press play, and TV then switch auto to DVR.

Ordered this TV last week for $298 tax. Picked it up outside the store at the pick up area. Bought it to replace my last Vizio 55 inch which I had in my bedroom for the past 9 years. About 6 months ago it started to have a light gray area in the upper left corner and I couldn’t see what was on the screen, especially when I was trying to watch NASCAR or Formula One. I couldn’t see the car/driver information during the races so I wanted to replace it. So far, I love this new Vizio!! 🙏👍 The picture is excellent. The remote control comes with batteries, it has the volume buttons on the side of the remote, the only thing it doesn’t have is buttons 0-9 to change the channels. I’m getting used to not having the numbers, so I just use my guide thru my Spectrum app. It has all my other apps that I have subscriptions for already loaded and many other apps I don’t use. Sound comes from bottom and goes to the back, I have to turn up higher to hear from bed which is only 5 foot from Tv. I do love the brand name, I had one before and it lasted for 12 years. Power surge had it's way with her so I went to 55" instead of the 32". Plus a surge protector.

I am really pleased with the TV.. The picture is magnificent, the audio is super...The only thing I don't like is the refresh rate on the TV is not as quick as I would like....I don't know if there is anything I can do to increase the refresh rate or not, but it would sure be nice.. I also wish there was an owners manual that came with the set to do be able to indicate or show how to set the levels on the picture, brightness, things as that...Also, a concern I have, and I don't know if this is a problem with the tv itself or the cable and channels that I watch, but sometimes the picture freezes and even blacks out for short periods of time...It comes back on without a problem, but sometimes it is annoying...

To this day not only does that TV still work, but the picture is a sharp as the day we took it out of the box. I’m convinced that Vizio is a product that should be far more popular since it offers everything including picture quality, as well as. Being a smart TV that works well. If you are looking for a television that will last two years that this is the TV brand you need to seriously consider.

All features and options are standardized. two things stand out as improved but need further improvements. 1. remote device is small. But, hugely preferred over my last vizio 43". 2. Displays images with awesome depth and clarity but has some motion blurring with background scenery. Could be settings? In full... we really like the set for the price! This "QLED" is worth the current price. Though it doesn't rival OLED tech it does deliver viewing pleasure! Audio is more than adequate despite my desire to use a sound bar. 😆 we're using this 55 inch in our bedroom! Yeah buddy!!

I use this Tv for gaming and entertainment and it works flawlessly for both of them. The picture is crazy it feels like you’re in the movie or show you are watching and being paired with the Dolby surround sound system built in you feel the sound from the movies. I just recently got the Xbox Series X for 4k gaming and playing madden 25 looks like your on the field at an nfl game it’s amazing tv for the price.
