I bought this TV last week, first one didn't work at all, went back and got the same model. this time the second TV would shut of every 10 minutes and reboot. called Vizio customer service group. The person I spoke to couldn't speak English well and pretty sure he didn't understand me. spend twenty minutes on the phone with nothing coming out of my call. TV still would shut off on its own. VERY sad Customer. I have bought 10 Vizio in my time and this model is horrible, Next time I need a TV will look at other brands

We could not believe the difference in the two tv's. The Vizio has a very good picture, and we only need a little adjustment out of the box. Only had it for 3 day's but love it.

I got a vizio tv for christmas and it is great! You get free vizio on demand and live channels. Setting up the tv was also a breeze and you can control it completely from your phone if you would like. It also has great picture quality. That is why I rate this 5/5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The menu is easy and everything is super fast. I'm a little disappointed it doesn't have the quick connect for soundbars like the other models. Sometimes when switching from inputs is a little slow. When switching to a gaming input it goes blank before turning to the other input. These are just small things, but the tv is great.

No complaints about the TV (but only had it for 24 hours). Great price for quality and picture. Wall mounting specifications were not accurate. Used a universal mount (that we had our old TV on). Hardware did not work. Said to use M6 10mm screw. Was too small! Bought M6 16mm screws and needed washers. This worked great. Hope this keeps others from multiple trips to the hardware store.

PROS picture is beautiful, very clear and crisp images. Cabinet is secures with a anti- tip and easy plug and play for hdmi ports.
