I bought and put it together myself. All the parts were present, instructions were easy to follow. Some wooden planks needed some strength in bending to line up with pre drilled holes.

Purchased for our new home. Husband had to put it together himself so it took him many hours but he raved about how thorough the directions were. It is a sound set and our kids are thrilled.

Fairly easy to build with clear instructions and lots of labels. My two year old daughter loves it. I added cargo netting to several of the open spaces to help prevent falls while she’s getting used to it

Missing pieces, cheap wood that is already split, not even 6 months old and falling apart.

We bought this a month ago and chose the option to have it built and can’t even get a call back from the company. They are extremely rude and we ended up asking for a refund because they couldn’t even give us a timeframe on when they could come out and do their job. We called them 6 times and kept getting lied to. If you plan on the option to have it built, go through someone else.

First thing i will say, took me 4 solid days (2 weekends) and a few evenings after work. Around 5 days total. Really sturdy when assembled, some cracked wood but thats thin cedar I suppose. My son loves it! Looks good too. A couple tips: Organize your pieces AND your hardware in advance. Saves time. Pay close attention to where your holes are on pieces in the instructions. The paper instructions dont give you much to go off so really pay attention to where holes are and what direction the fort is facing in the diagrams. It takes awhile and you will have extra hardware. You need a drill and drill bits to drill holes! Also, pieces will crack. I had no broken pieces but several cracks. 5 stars without cracks, 4 stars with them. overall a good fort and worth the purchase if you have the patience and resilience!

This swing set is beautiful! It is extremely sturdy and well made. If you know what your doing its not rocket science to put together. Its obviously not easy, but my husband was able to complete this all by himself in 2 and 1/2 days. Im so happy with this purchase it's everything we have dreamed of!

Great swingset for the grandkids - two of us had it together in 12 hours and 2 hours of that was getting everything organized which is a MUST. Highly recommend taking a table out there and getting the hardware lined up by number. Another great tip that my daughter implemented was to put all the hardware in a tray so you had it all in front of you. Also pay attention to the direction of the main boards as it matters based on attaching other boards. Online was good as well and very pleased with the value to quality.
