Had all the parts and extra hardware. Easy to read instruction if you DYI. It's alot bigger then we expected. All the kids in the neighborhood live it

Bought this playset for my 3 grandchildren. They love it and great for imaginary play with grill and telescope. They love it. Sturdy. Took some time to put together but instructions were helpful and everything labeled.

Bought this playground for my girls for xmas, they fell in love with it! Our backyard has become the hangout yard for all their friends in the neighborhood. Amazing product and well built. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Bought this for Christmas for both sets of grandchildren—4 YO, 19 Month; 3 YO and 18 Month—everybody loves it!! The littlest are not really big enough to enjoy all the features but they will grow in to it!! ?

Bought the swing set this spring. The product is very sturdy. It does have a lot of pieces so I recommend getting plastic bins to sort the hardware. My kids have enjoyed it. Ages 4,6,8, and 11

Great play structure! Kids love it. Took 2 people 2 days to complete. We bought heavy duty anchors to secure it down.

Packaging each section together would make assembly easier, but once organized all pieces were clearly marked. Our grandchildren love it! There are enough activities and equipment to keep everyone busy and happy!

Not sure if it was the manufacturer or Sam’s responsible for our terrible experience. Dissatisfied with both since we still have no resolution. Paid over 1600 after tax for basically a damaged product. We purchased on Feb 26,2026. Started putting it together early March to discover pieces broken, wood chipped in multiple places, and somehow holes were drilled in wrong spot. One piece of board was also cut to wrong size. We had center tower assembled and noticed all this so we stopped and notified Sam’s customer care who was not helpful at all, just referred us to the local store since we purchased it there. Local store has not been helpful either they strung us along like they were going to help just to now say we can return it for full refund. We would have to completely disassemble what’s already together or rent a huge trailer to return it. Then start over rebuilding. It’s very time consuming to build. Not wanting to do that if we return it we will buy something else somewhere else. I asked for parts to be replaced and Sam’s never contacted manufacturer like they let me to believe they might so I will now try that myself. I asked the store for discount for all the troubles and they offered me a $25 gift card. Are you kidding me? On a purchase that large just $25 discount for damaged goods.

Our kids love it so much and it’s really a good looking playground. Downfalls, it took my husband 4 days to build it because he basically had to do it by himself. It’s for sure a 2 person job. The wood is very soft so it’s easy to damage. The worst part was probably the fact that it came in 4 boxes (all of which were well over 100 lbs) and you had to open alll of them to get started and organize them before you can even start.

Pros: it's pretty Cons: quality is lacking at the least. The pre drilled holes in some sections are not in a straight line so you'll either have slants or need to drill new holes if it's off by a good bit. The Door will sag a month in and the wood will start to crack almost immediately. Overall: while the playset is pretty, the price is astronomical compared to the quality and durability it offers. If I were to go back in time I would not repurchase this set.
