Hotel premier hybrid matress so far has worked well. It did have a smell that is normal and went away after a couple of days. I washed the top cover immediately and it helped with the smell. There is no wash instructions so I washed it as delicates. It did feel really fresh but after adding a matress cover and sheets, it still feels a little cool. But still cooler than regular matresses. Only real complaint is the fitted sheet comes off sometimes when laying or sitting close to a corner. Hopefully stays the same firmness after a year.

I am absolutely amazed at the quality and extras of this mattress. It's always fun to watch one of these compacted mattresses spread itself out on your bed. Because this mattress has a foam top it does take a few days for the foam smell to dissipate. Once it has, you find the mattress to be extremely comfortable. The mattress also contains springs for better support, side handles for easy movement and a zip off top that can be machine washed. What you get is luxury and practicality. I have slept so well without any pressure points and I highly recommend this mattress.

Night and Day Difference This mattress is an absolute game-changer for sleep quality. The 14-inch profile provides a premium, high-end feel, and the combination of support and plushness is perfect for relieving pressure points. Exceptional Comfort: The cooling cover and foam layers prevent overheating throughout the night. Solid Value: You get the quality of a boutique hotel mattress at a fraction of the cost. Great Support: It strikes the perfect balance—firm enough for back support but soft enough to feel like you're sinking into a cloud. It’s easily the best investment for a restful night's sleep! This is a great buy.

Take the time to allow your mattress to expand to its original size. Once you allow this you will have an amazing mattress. I love soft and my husband loves firm, this mattress falls just right for us both. This is a hybrid so you get an amazing level of comfort with the memory foam. It also works on the sleep bed frames that adjust, great investment.

This Member's Mark mattress from Sam's Club was a great find! I am so obsessed! It has a premium feel at a pocket friendly cost. It comes as a bed in a box for easy transport without the delivery fees. Just look at the breathable surface Texture and edge support. After one night of sleep, I could tell the difference in the pressure relief! My husband and I recommend 10/10 for anyone wanting a spacious, supportive night's rest without breaking the bank!

I want to tell you about the Sam's Club Members Mark 14-inch Queen Hybrid Mattress from their Hotel Premier Collection - I have to say I'm really impressed! I replaced my expensive Tempur-Pedic with this one, and I actually like it better. It's noticeably thicker than my old Tempur-Pedic, so it fills the entire bed frame all the way to the bottom of my headboard. My pillows no longer fall through the gap like they used to — such a simple but huge improvement. The zip-off cover is thick, quilted, and zips all the way around, making it easy to wash. It also has two sturdy handles on each side so moving or flipping the mattress is really easy. Overall, this mattress feels luxurious and delivers great support and comfort. I'm genuinely surprised how much better it is than my old high-end mattress. I would very highly recommend this mattress! 5 BIG STARS*****

Got this for my son who was sleeping on a very old mattress. He was waking up with a sore back most mornings. He slept better the very first night and his sore back is gone. Not too firm or soft - just right.

I've been using the Hotel Premiere 14” Hybrid Medium King mattress and overall it's been a great upgrade. It has a true medium feel—comfortable but still supportive. The hybrid design does a nice job relieving pressure while keeping my back aligned, and I've noticed less motion disturbance from my partner at night. It also sleeps fairly cool and has good edge support, which makes the full king size more usable. The only downsides are that it's heavy to move and not super plush, so it may feel a bit firm if you prefer a softer mattress. There was a slight smell at first, but it went away quickly. Overall, a solid, comfortable mattress for the price

Hard to say long term how I would rate this mattress and I don't think you'll ever find one outside a sleep number where both people are fully happy. I will say the matress in comfy. To husband it's more springy than our prior mattress. Not to the point of disrupting the other person, but you can feel the springiness. It is a great side sleeper mattress. Took a little more than 24 hours from opening to be ready to use. Has a nice removeable topper for washing. The topper is smooth so our egyptian cotton sheets come off easily, whereas the basic flannel stays on better. Husband does think mattress feels warmer than out previous, but I didn't notice.

I really wanted to like this mattress. However, the mattress I purchased had a manufacturing defect and the top layer of foam extended over the bottom layer by approximately 5 inches, and there was no way to fix that. The inner fabric was also stuck to the compressed mattress which caused it to not expand properly and the cover hangs loosely off the edge. After reading several reviews of other people having similar issues, I've decided to shop elsewhere for my replacement. I purchased in-store and was told by customer service that I had to return the expanded, defective 125 lb mattress in store which I was unable to do. I escalated this and was able to get permission to have the mattress picked up from my home. It then took several additional days to speak to a scheduler and availability was a week out for pick up. The whole process has been rather frustrating.
