I installed 150' of permanent outdoor lights plus the 16' non-lit extension on the eaves of my house. Installation was super easy and took roughly an hour and a half. I also installed 6 food lights to match. The lights work perfectly and look even better than I imagined they would. They're just plain awesome! I made a custom lighting profile for Memorial Day, which got many positive comments and reactions from my friends and neighbors. We use the white lights as our day to day, dimming them to 40% for beautiful ambient lighting. Being easily able to make changes at any given time through the app is very convenient and just makes these lights that much more worth installing. I highly recommend these lights and any other Govee lights.

I feel bad for those who gave a 1-star review based on availability, because it's not a fair representation of the product itself. We just set these up and they are perfect! Our house glows in whatever color or theme we pick, and the presets for different holidays/moods/etc. are great for an easy change-up! We are excited to never have to hang Christmas lights again, but also excited to be able to change the look of our home for every holiday!

Overall we love the lights the 3m doesn't stick that well in this crazy Texas heat so reinforcement is definitely needed. I just wish the wiring came in other colors other than white, just adding a choice or black or brown along with the white would be awesome to help blend in the soffits better.

Installed one set on the front of the house for Christmas. Will install the other set this weekend on the backside of the house. Neighbors love the light shows and we're glad we can leave them up after the holidays! We have several Govee products and these are just as great as the others!

The lights themselves are fantastic. They shine brightly against the house and my wife absolutely loves them. The reason I only gave the lights 3 stars in this case is the mounting hardware. The 3m tape and clips/screws are hardly what I would call a permanent install. We have an older home and ended up using different screws as well as additional mounts to help keep things mounted. Lights are 10/10, Applications 8/10, and hardware 3/10.

I am very happy with the lights. I wish they came with more clips to secure them, the tape doesn't work so well on the old wood where the lights were installed, but the the lights are great. The app is fine, and easy enough to use for pre-programmed setting, but is not very user friendly for making you own lighting design.

The 3M tape worked for about 24 hours in 75 degree weather. Directions show to hold for 5 seconds and I held it for 15 seconds and it still fell off. I pressure washed the day before and wiped off each spot like the directions show. I had to get 3D printed brackets for each light and now they are staying up great. I wouldn't count on the 3M tape sticking permanently.

I was not sure if this purchase would come as advertised. But sure enough I did receive the lights we installed them and are so happy with the lights and what I can do with them. I currently have them on xmas theme can't wait to play around withe the other seasons.

The forever up Christmas and other holiday lights are awesome. No more freezing doing install. The lights went up so easy after I measured out everything one last time. I also like the ability to control each light separately so that I can make the lights help me support my favorite teams. I also like the control over how bright they can be. 100% is very bright. My neighbor across the street just installed his.

The second I lit up the lights, my 84 year old neighbor came outside and shouted out "Its beautiful!". I spoke to her and with tears in her eyes, she told me she doesn't get around well and hasn't seen any kind of Christmas lights in several years. She told me she really appreciated that I went all out and that she gets to see them. The fact they were super simple to install/ setup and look amazing (best display in the neighborhood) makes the cost well worth it! I plan on going even bigger next year, but working on it throughout the year since they are pretty much year round type lights!
