Ok tv

This is the second Samsung tv we purchased. Every now and then, when turning on the tv, we get no sound. I have to unplug the tv for about 30 seconds then upon turning it on, we get sound.

Not a great product

I bought this 3 weeks ago. I'm sorry I bought this brand. The sound quality is not as good as t was n my 20 year old Sony Bravia. The set up on the home screen isn't good either.

Hi Lynn, Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Awesome tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new 85 inch tv. The picture is so clear. My husband says it’s like being in the movie theater. We love the Samsung tv’s. We had a 75 inch previously. Wouldn’t have any other brand tv.

One problem is sometimes there is no volume when I turn on tv. Very frustrating. Have to turn it off and on quite a few times before volume will come on.

This size and model fits very well.

We had an earlier version of the same 55" Samsung model and "broke it". We did not hesitate to replace the damaged one with the same size/model. Very satisfied.

User interface needs work

It's really hard to download apps. Remote control needs more features. "Fast forward" would nice. Called for support twice. I'm batting .500 TV itself is pretty good. Could REALLY use some documentation, tho.

Awesome TV

I received the Samsung TV as a gift. We were so pleased with our kids purchase. Samsung TV is everything we imagine. The clarity, color and ease to use were awesome 👌. Would purchase again.

Always a great product
