Annoying cracking sounds

I should have bought a higher end model. TV makes annoying crack sounds when turning it off. Samsung service exchanged all possible electronics, speaker etc. and TV continues making weird. Racking sounds. TV not recommended.

The cause may vary depending on where the sound is coming from and how your system is set up. • If the sound is coming from your TV speakers, or if you're using an external audio device like a soundbar, please double-check that the audio cable is securely connected to the correct audio output on the external device. • If you're using an antenna or cable connection, a weak signal may result in sound distortion. You can check your broadcast signal level by going to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Broadcast Signal • If the sound seems to come from the back of the TV, it may be the result of thermal expansion or contraction of the outer casing. This can cause a soft popping noise and is considered normal - it does not indicate a malfunction, and your TV remains safe to use. We also recommend running a Sound Test to check for audio issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test If the issue continues or you’d like assistance, feel free to contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available from 8AM - 12AM EST, seven days a week. Remote

The remote is almost useless. I guess you were trying to make it simple, but it’s way too simple and it doesn’t allow me to do some of the things I wish to do. Maybe you ought to rethink that.

Love them! All 3!

I love our new Samsung TVs. My husband and I gifted ourselves smart TVs for Christmas! My only wish would be if the commercials could be quieter. Still my pet peeve...that they are so loud!

Great picture

I like the picture, sound is OK, very disappointed with the number of apps that are available. I have 3 TV'S, all Samsung. Would have considered another brand if I had known about the limited apps.

Random power off

I bought the TV a few months back and it works great when watching via a usb connection. However, whenever we try to watch anything via streaming straight to the TV it shuts off randomly.

Hi Rwal21, Thank you for reaching out to us. If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions. See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it. - Settings > All Settings> General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off - Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer If the TV continues to turn off by itself continuously, please get in touch with Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. the tv seems to be ok, but the remote sucks

it has a good picture, I am not real happy with the remote, the sound and channel buttons are difficult to use, they do not work as I would like them to, changing the channel is a pain in the butt, and ajusting the sound is something to be desired

Problems

I will never purchase another appliance of yours. I have four Samsung Televisions and have not had a problem. The appliances the contractor put in the home have caused nothing but problems since we took possession and moved in.

Has a lot of great features

We bought this for a Christmas present to ourselves and we are so glad we did it has beautiful colors, they are so more vivid and it turns on instantly. We love the Samsung company as this tv replaced Samsung plasma tv that we had for 14 years
