Navigation is easy. Picture and sound are perfect

We're loving our new tv. We easily hooked it up and set the apps to our viewing preferences. It supports the subscriptions we have or may add later. The picture is clear and there's no need to add our soundbar. We downsized to the 55" screen and were pleased with our decision.

Good economy TV with flaws.

Picture is excellent, but much else is ill-designed and not intuitive. I have to use my Roku for streaming channels like Britbox that aren’t included in Samsung’s array of streamers. Finding Roku on the screen is often close to impossible, more trial-and-error than practical.

Execllent TV for functionality and pix quality

Purchased 6 months ago, easy to install, excellent picture, good size for living room...attached external amp via optical. USB ports all work well, price is excellent for the functionality...remote took some getting used to but found how to use via UTube

Simple and easy-to-use one stop shop television.

It is perfect for movies, games and streaming services and requires very little setup once you take it out of the box. It is low-profile and fits perfect in any living room, with minimal wires and a sleek design that goes well with any room style. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Samsung 65” Crystal UHD7200D TV

Color is fantastic, lots o added content and free shows and movies. Do not like the remote. No way to enter station number directly instead of going station by station on the guide. Trying to scan “all stations “ is difficult. Yes I would buy again, in fact I did buy the same TV, in slightly smaller size.

poor remote design, your tech department stinks!

You smart remote is a joke! The thing is too complicated to use. A person with large fingers, most senior citizens and our grandchildren hate the design. The "ring" is so touchy that if not touched exactly it takes you some where else! Do you have a regular remote that will work? Also, I have a Samsong A10 cell phone that worked perfectly until the TV was set up. Now many feathers on the phone do not work Says Cloud, Google is constantly closing and I cannot access the camera and storage is closing. Spectrum said call your tech department which I have done 3 times and each time your tech hangs up! .

Not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV makes it difficult to select the connected devices properly , the Bose sound bar I connected was constantly reverting back to use the built in tv speakers instead after I set the sound bar as the primary sound device. The picture quality is fine, no where near as clear and bright as my lg oled but expected and acceptable for the price. There are also lots of features and options (too many) but they are not very user friendly.

Very smart big tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 75” tv is very smart and I can easily stream anything I want since I have cut my dependence on cable. Now I see what I want for much less money. The screen is crystal clear and fills my living room with a theatre like experience. I am a big fan of Samsung tvs and have never experienced any problems.

average and disappointed

in general we are happy with our new tv although it differs little from our 8 year old Visio in picture quality. The input or settings is hard to find easily. Still hunting for the HDMI choices. The remote is small and fussy with a too fine volume control which often cancels the sound accidentally as both volume and no volume is the same bar/button. as with most tv's the internal speakers are poor. Would not buy again, although too much trouble to return at this point.

Bad decision

It’s sometimes difficult to operate and the sound is not consistent. To goes up and down, appears that the volume increases excessively during commercials. I have had multiple Samsung TVs in the past that didn’t have this problem. I find it difficult to find the previous program I was watching if I changed to another app.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
