Great picture The only thing I’m not happy with is the remote. Many times I’m pushing the buttons many times before it gets what I want . Occasionally I’ve turned the tv off and started again I also thought when I bought it it had voice remote- the remote does not have that microphone button???? Ice cream shop

Bought this TV 5 days ago and every 7-10 minutes the screen goes black. In about a minute it comes back on and freezes for a brief moment and then in about 7-10 minutes it goes black again. It ran perfectly for a full 4 days w/o any problems. I am absolutely baffled.

I stubbled upon some free videos including some related to health and fitness--perfect for new year's resolutions/goals. The TV set-up process was effortless considering the last Samsung tv that i had. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the surround sound is as robust as my previous Samsung tv. I have to really turn up the volume to 30+ for that movie experience. Also, the instructions for connecting an external receiver (with surround sound) are not clear. I will do some more research to figure it out because this TV is still a keeper. This model also has more storage than my previous TV which is another plus so I'm able to add more apps.

We love our new Samsung 55” tv. It’s the largest we could fit into the space available. The sound, and picture are great! We use YouTube, and it’s so easy to turn the tv on and off and find the shows we want to watch. We may buy another smaller Samsung tv for the bedroom.

I called the company, and they told me I had to order a sound bar, there is no way to connect my exciting surround sound system. So, returned the TV. I bought an Insignia that has the connections I need to connect my surround sound system.

The colors and textures are great period I have improved my gameplay since upgrading to this t v period it also is compatible with the hi.Gh output of the xbox series x, making it a perfect companion

Great clarity and great sound. Easy to set up, Unfortunately tvs last June eliminated some ports and I had to buy new headphones. More unfortunately I accidentally knocked over the tv and now need to buy a new one less than a year later. Screen damaged

1 month old. accepted my internet router easily. Nice as I am not a Tekkie. Very satisfying picture. New unique remote actually user friendly. look intimidating. Easy access to all settings. Oh, and the picture...very pleasing. sharp and comfortable!!!
