It took longer to rcv, then it finally arrived ..broken. Looks as though the carrier hit it in several spots. The packaging needs to improve to double the size or reinforced. I guess not enough quality control completed/tested. So disappointed, only 2 stars due to condition.

Due to reviews about mirrors arriving broken, I ordered two to improve my odds - BOTH arrived broken. So much for the "shattered proof glass" [sic] advertised in one of the photos. We didn't even remove them completely from the boxes - still had miniscule shards of glass all over the carpet. Now the gold is out of stock. I was able to return the items at the local Sams. This was a lovely design which was failed by poor packaging. I'm sure many were disappointed at Christmas and that Sam's has taken a financial loss on these items.

Returning! Mirror was shattered! So disappointed! Afraid to order another one and don't want to deal with another return!

Very satisfied with this mirror! Light and comfortable. Full length and perfect for a corner. Price is great.

… the mounting brackets on the back is 1/4in off, so when you mount it one side will be 1/4in higher

The pictures looked great. Had I hopes to install it. When I opened the box and started to remove it, it was cracked. It was packed well, however it did not survive shipping. Will try again if the item is available locally.

Ordered twice and it was cracked each time. The first time I ordered it, it took 2 weeks to get to me because it sat with an "unreadable label" for 5 days.

Don't have this shipped. I ordered two mirrors and they are great quality for the price, however; both arrived broken. Now I get to haul them back to the store, out my shipping fees, and hope they have them in stock at my local Sam's Club Store.
