Great full length mirror

We’ve had this mirror for three months now and it is holding up great. Doesn’t streak when it’s cleaned. Glass is crystal clear. Sturdy. Highly recommend.

Well......stupid me! I assume it is a fantastic product and i am quite sure it functions as it is supposed to BUT, see my wife had me load it up in tbe buggy and scan it in Scan and Go then she decided she didnt actually need it which i think shocked me so bad that i didnt take it out of my cart in Scan and Go. Oh well! So the Monroe, La Sam's Club will have one in stock but their inventory will show they dont have any. Hopefully someone will give it to some little girl that her folks cant afford the extra expense. We live an hour and a half away so going back to pleed my case was not going to happen!

The order was supposed to be delivered on hurricane day, I called customer service and requested to be delivered via FedEx (the closest in my area), They sent the mirror to a location about 20 miles away, and when I get there they told me it was in another location! when I finally got it, I opened it and it was destroyed, I had to toss it. I called customer service and talked to Gabriela, they offered me a replacement )my mistake!) , next day I decided to cancel the item because I didnt want to have the same experience, when I called they told me I had to wait for a tracking number to cancel (which I never understood). I called again and they couldn't help me with the cancelation, this customer service was a nightmare! I talked to different agents and supervisors and they couldn't do something as simple as cancel an order (Gabriela, Anthny, Jonathan). I finally spoke to the right supervisor; Zeida and she helped me in 5 mins and got the refund. Terrible customer service/
