The soap itself is great, however, what's up with the pump?? After many years of using the regular Dial Spring Water hand soap, I switched to this foaming variety but I can't figure out why the pump only wants to face sideways? I have played around with unscrewing and repositioning the pump cap, but cannot get the pump to face the front of the bottle! This is so annoying and looks ridiculous. Did I get a defective pump? I never had this problem with the regular Dial hand soap pumps. I switched to this foaming bottle because it's easier to refill with the foaming hand soap. My OCD cannot handle a pump that faces sideways! Please fix this feature!

2/4 of the hand pumps broke off before I could even get a use out of them. The product is good but very annoying that they broke so easily.

With small grandchildren who love to wash their hands, this product is perfect. No more working about how much soap they use each trip to tidy up. Let em play!

I like foaming soap especially with my grandkids as it scrubs up hands fast. The soap also seems to last a bit longer than liquid imo. The scent is calm and refreshing and I like the light blue color. It’s nice to have a few extra for backups.

Good product, bad delivery. I have used Dial soap before and it is a good product. Delivery from Sam's Club was poor. Product was not packaged and hence one of the tops was broken off the bottle.

Always stck with dial.
