Cannot use becaused I cannot get the pump to work. I turn and turn, push and pull, and I can’t get it to dispense anything. Is this a defective pump, a test, or some kind of joke? I frequently use pump-style bottles and have never had this problem.

Good soap bad price. Cheaper to buy individually at stores. Why am I paying a membership fee and buying in bulk to pay more?

2/4 of the hand pumps broke off before I could even get a use out of them. The product is good but very annoying that they broke so easily.

Decent product, nice scent. Not as good of a deal as SoftSoap, but since SoftSoap has been out of stock for so long I thought I’d give it a try. Will go back to buying SoftSoap elsewhere if Sam’s Club can’t keep it in stock.

These Dial individual foam hand soap, same ounces each are $2.47 each ($9.88 for 4). I'm always disappointed when Sam's charges more than buying separately at a standard store.
