I have 6 cats and they only like drinking water from the sink but they love this now

We love our Petkit water fountain! Our cat is often home alone for a few days at a time, so we rely on automatic feeders and water bowls. This option keeps the water fresh and filtered. And we can control it from our phone. Our cat loves it!

Fantastic fountain! We've been through them ALL!!! This is the first one that after a couple weeks didn't stop working…and that's just the start. We're on week 3 now, filled the water twice…and when checking the fountain…there's no slimy (slippery) surfaces from the cat's saliva or anything…it's actually pretty damned impressive! We've already ordered a backup UVC pump and months worth of filters! THIS IS THE ONE!

I have had an earlier model for years but wanted to upgrade to the wireless pump because it would be easier to maintain. I love this fountain but was shocked to find there is no battery backup in this model. Why? My 4 year old model had battery backup so why would this 'upgraded' model not have it? And unfortunately, I bought 2. And now I don't feel safe leaving for a few days because if the power went out, there would be no water for my cat.

It's a very good product. The only issue i have with it, is it does not have the little window in it to see the water level. This morning I got up and had no idea my cat had no water until I saw the flashing blue light. Who knows how long overnight he went without water if there is no sign of it needing refill until afyer it's completely empty

The EverSweet 3 Pro is truly an outstanding product. I have one cat, that took a few days to get used to it, however, now she only drinks from this fountain. It is easy to set up, easy to clean, and very quiet. The filter system blocks hair from getting in the system, and the pump is easy to care for and clean. _x000D_ Filters were cheap, so I ordered a few of them, as extras are best. Overall a great product. _x000D_ _x000D_ The app on the other hand needs some work. You can't change the standard language for directions as they all load in another language I can't read. I am just glad it was easy to figure out.

Kitties love this. Much more than the plastic flower fountain I got them before. Love how the pump doesnt run when water is low and no wires! Two complaints: i would love to be able to see the water level instead of my cat yelling at me when the pump isnt going. Also woulda have preferred it to come with a wall outlet.

Fantastic product, great filtration and purification, some features stuck behind full wifi connectivity that's not included._x000D_ _x000D_ I purchased the EverSweet 3 Pro (UVC) to better know about the state of my Cat's health, especially with how much water she drinks, as well as to have a means of purifying the water that we put in the dish with UVC radiation. The dish itself has been fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for said functionality, but I had not known that the dish and corresponding app only have bluetooth functionality, not Wifi, and need a secondary product to connect to my network for full tracking._x000D_ _x000D_ I would personally wait until there is such a model or if they have a discounted food dish with connectivity to use as a base station in the future as it would get five stars with that!
