The design is sleek and it added to my PETKIT app seamlessly. I like that it shows you it's working and you can control it from the app, I don't understand why there isn't an option to have it send you push notifications when the water level is low! We have 5 older PETKIT feeders and even those send us notifications when the food level is low.

Only had the water fountain installed for a week and so far it was smooth sailing. Kitties were very suspicious of the new device but it didn't take long before they got acquaint with it. The stars deducted are for: 1. a very important feature that I assumed is a no brainer to have but is missing, which is a water level indicator. There is no way of knowing how much water left in the tank. 2. Device shows the device as disconnected very often, although data is updated and no real issues with the other Petkit device I have next to it.

Both cats used it within 24 hours. The height is just right for them. I cleaned it today and it was very easy. I would recommend this fountain. I'm not tripping over a cord anymore.

I did a lot of research for a new water fountain for my cats. I had a different brand before but I was never happy with how dirty it always looked and the filtration on it I'm extremely happy with this one. I wish I had done this before.

Exceptionally poor reliability and build quality. Company clearly tried to cut corners and costs. Would be a hypothetically good product if any care was put into workmanship and quality control.

This thing is so quiet! I don't see my cat using it often but he's a Bengal and kind of sneaky about drinking water. EverSweet works fantastic. Set up and maintenance is super easy I feel good about taking trips and knowing my cat has fresh water!

The fountain is quiet and can hold a lot of water. My kitten likes it a lot. The only thing is I want an easier way to figure out how much water I have left. Maybe I just haven't found that option on the app yet.

5 stars still since with uvc built in, but, cats are interested in water in the dark container more than bright colors. It would be great if there's a black version. Thanks!

I Love the product. l've tried other water fountains and there's nothing like these one. It's easy to clean and water stay fresh and clean. The most important things is that My 2 Bengal cats enjoy drinking out of it. Couldn't recommend it more!

What impressed me most is how quiet it is. Even at night, it doesnt disturb anyone. Cleaning has also been way more manageable compared to our old setup.
