I grew up down the road from Hatch and love Hatch green chile. This seasoning caught my eye while looking at the spices. I like my flavors bold. The Hatch green chili is there but is a bit muted. Overall it has a good flavor.

I love this seasoning, Please keep it!!! It makes really great chicken chile with Sams Chicken breasts & chicken enchiladas. Really great flavor!!!

I love the taste of this on wings on a pellet smoker. Never stop making it. I panic when I don't find it in the store.

This is a very good seasoning. The Bowling Green ky store has never got it back in. I wish they would restock it.

Please make this a regular offering.. not just limited time. So good on basically everything.

Used it on mashed potatoes, pasta, eggs, ramen.. absolutely wonderful
