This is a really tasty blend in almost any savory foods. Great in egg dishes, corn, popcorn,pork, and beef. Surprisingly good and it was under $5 at my local Sam's. It has a very mild spice level which I wish was a bit spicier but that's easy to adjust to personal taste.

I never received this item!

Just got mine and tried it. I added it to a pork chop. Its great. Its not a hot pepper but warm and full of flavor. Sams should definately sell in store. If you have ever had the sams club ready made hatch chili chicken enchilada it tastes just like the hatch in there.

Not good at all

Absolutely love it.

My son and I love this seasoning. I think he was cautious since it's a chili seasoning he'd never tried. I used it on chicken drumsticks and baked in the oven and he said it was really good and flavorful.
