[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV picture was almost 99% gone, and I could not see the picture. In reviewing the manual, there was no mention of fixing the backlight. The CS Rep was able to direct me on fixing the problem within only a few steps.

so far so good on mine but my dad got the same one as me and his turns on in the middle of the night and scares the crap out of him

I love my new Vizio 75” smart TV. Picture and sound quality are fantastic. I’m glad that I can connect my AirPods directly to the TV instead of needing to connect them through my Fire Stick.
