Picture is blurry and there is a Blank Screen that pops up every few minutes

This TV, after about 6 months of use, decided to start showing ads. Search the internet and see how many people complain about this. The recommended work around is to disconnect the internet from it. So, if you want to use the smart features you are going to get ads. If you disconnect the internet you are going to start getting reminders that it cant connect (to give you more ads). Would never recommend this.

Ive owned more than a dozen Visio tvs over the years. i expected a bit more quality and better picture for the money.

Internet connection issues at long distance from router and not 100% compatible with AirPlay. Otherwise excellent picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV picture was almost 99% gone, and I could not see the picture. In reviewing the manual, there was no mention of fixing the backlight. The CS Rep was able to direct me on fixing the problem within only a few steps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Vizio QLed television about 2 years ago. absolutely love the eye popping color and definition. It only gets 4 stars because the OS freezes up sometimes. Also sometimes my antenna channels dissappear, even though I assigned them all to favorites. it's almost like Vizio is getting paid to funnel me to watch choices from the smart portion of the TV - like Tubi Pluto, and their tv channel streams above my antenna choices, like channel 100 and above. Oddly, those choices are still there. I have had to rescan for antenna channels several times to get them back. Did I tell Vizio. NO, because they will tell me to go to SETTINGS AND GO TO FACTORY RESET. Which IVE DONE AT LEAST 3 TIMES ALREADY AND IT EVENTUALLY DOES IT AGAIN. Also the sound is not transmitting through HDMI cable or fiber optic cable to sound bar nearly as loud as previous TV. I replaced all cables with certified 4K cables, then certified 8k cables. Same results. But if you don't use soundbar or AVR, buy this or one like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been my go to for movie nights! With it having an Oled screen, all the colors of wonderful films have been popping out perfectly. LOVED watching backrooms on it. The experience was fenomenal!
