The on/off button is in a poor location. Right where I want to grab it so I accidently turn it off all the time. Another issue is the blade can easily detach. Great shaver for your head but isn't useful for other areas of the body.

I have an older system from Philips for grooming. It has a place to store and protect all the parts that come with it. However with this new system it would be easy to lose or brake parts or the motor itself. Poor job Philips.

Love the build quality the options available for clips is immense but i fell like thats where it falls short. For instance the eyebrow clip is way to long like you would need to have massive hair on your eye brows for this to even trim it.

Nice cutting edge and it is sharp. Cuts well. Only thing is on/ off switch is in a place where I can accidentally turn it off very easily while trimming.

The box says the shaver is dual voltage (e.g, 110v US and 220v Europe). It comes with a US plug, but no EU plug. The instructions say a EU-plug is available. Philips Norelco says this isn't true. So, you can't charge it in outside North America without buying an adapter from someone else.

I definitely agree that the worst component of this trimmer is the location of the on/off switch. Almost every time I use it my hand slides up the shaver and hits the switch turning it off, often catching part of my beard in the process. Why didn't they put this in a slightly recessed location on the bottom? Other thoughts: 1. The large number of heads seems excessive and somewhat redundant. I suppose that if I actually needed it to cut body hair(!?) and hair on my head, I might not think that. 2. The size markings on the guards are the same color as the guard making it difficult to read. I used a Sharpie laundry marker to make them readable. 3. I do like the precision trimmer for "fine tuning" around my mouth and nose. 4. The foil trimmer does a good job but if you're using it as your shaver for the non-beard portions of your face, you'll find it's not as good a shave as a regular shaver. It would be adequate if you were on a trip (for example) to keep you from having to carry two shavers. 5. The case is a good size (I carry only the 4-5 items I regularly use) and has room for the small charger. I've even been able to cram in my Braun shaver the few times I've carried that too.

Great product for self haircut. I just use it myself after watching a video on you tube and got the desired result
