[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old clippers were dying, so I tried these. I was surprised by the mide variety of cutting and guard attachments. At first it seemed like overkill but then I realized it takes the guesswork out of trimming face and head -- and maybe elsewhere. The blades are very sharp so they cut extremely well, and the unit itself is built well and seems likely to last. It was a bit pricier than I would have liked, but worth it.

My older Norelco beard trimmer finally bit the dust, I really liked the model but when I went to look a buying it again the price for that particular one was ridiculously high. I went for this model, and I love it, it has much versatility. I wish the attachments were more clear and detailed, but for a shaver, beard its works great.. It has good solid weight that makes it comfortable, does not feel light and flimsy which is good, quiet

The Philips-Norelco Multigroom 9000 is easy to use and the included attachments provide you with everything you need to meet your personal grooming needs. The batter y life is awesome. I am still on the initial charge and it seems as though I have gotten way more than 6 hours of usage. It is pretty quiet while operating and the fact that it can be used in the shower makes it extremely versatile and convenient. It's a lightweight tool so there is no struggling to reach awkward places that need trimming or shaving. By far, the best investment I have made in the area of personal grooming.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion High quality shaver/trimmer gives me a clean, easy, and comfortable shave. It is very sturdy, built to last, and comes with a number of pieces to allow you to shave any body hair including a proper haircut (most likely). I used this to maintain a well groomed beard. It may not be the best for longer beards (over 7mm) due to the size extensions available. It also comes with a little electric shaver piece to get a close shave on my neck/cheeks without having to bring/buy a true shavers or razors. Works great overall, I was even asked if I got a professional trim. Pros 1) Durability - metal and built to last 2) Great unboxing experience 3) Comes with travel case 4) Charges quickly 5) smooth on the face (feels nicer than most shavers) 6) many options and extensions for types of shaving/grooming 7) Pieces change easily once you figure out how to use it 8) comes with a small foil shaver to get a very close shave. It is small so it can get facial angles and areas on the cheeks without shaving off too much. 9) adjustable 3 - 7mm piece so you can change lengths without changing the head 10) great shave on the back of the neck to buy time between haircuts Cons 1) A bit difficult to learn all how to put on all the pieces (have to push up a bit forcefully to change the shaver head, I was scared it would break, but that is how it works) 2) Can`t use while charging (but has 5 min quick charge) 3) On button doesn`t have a guard or lock so it can go off in your bag 4) Beard trim length maxes out at 7mm (I prefer to keep my beard at 9). The hair clippers may be able to provide more length, but I have not tried them

I love that you can use this trimmer in and out of water. I would definitely recommend this trimmer to all of my friends.

I received a free sample of this product to review and I have to say, I was quite impressed. Upon opening the box, I was surprised to see so many attachments included. There is literally an attachment for any grooming activity you can think of, and it does the job well. The quality of the groomer is impressive as well. It is a bit heavier than trimmers I have used before, but actually feels better in your hand. The only improvement I noticed that could be made is that when used without an attachment, it tends to bite if too much pressure is applied. The blades could be designed a little better to reduce the nicks. Overall I really like the product and would recommend it to others.

It has every attachment you could ever think of like eye brow, body hair, beard, nose & ear & several different sized attachments for your head hair. The sound is a pleasing low vibration that is quiter than other cordless shavers. The shaver has some weight to it which I like as it feels substantial in your hand. The body feels like it’s made with quality metal that would stand the test of time. I can recommend this shaver to anyone looking for an upgrade in shavers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this for both full haircuts and touch ups, for either use it's simple and does an excellent cut. I prefer to cut my hair at home and this has done the job. There are lots of different blades for pretty much any kind of cut...If you want short in summer and longer in winter this can easily do the job.

The switch is in a location on the body of the trimmer that makes it difficult to use without unintentionally turning the unit off. Accidentally turning it off while trimming a beard "catches" the whiskers which is moderately painful. The switch itself also needs to have more resistance to help avoid this. It would rate an extra star if it didn't have this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both previous models of this trimmer so I wasn’t sure that Phillips/Norelco would be able to enhance the best male grooming tool in the world any further, but believe me, they did. This newest model contains special “dial up/dial down” clips that will allow you to adjust the length of the cut to your EXACT specifications. This really comes in handy below the belt and your under arms. Amazing. As with previous models, it is also wet/dry capable and the battery life lasts FOREVER after a full charge. As I said, they truly did make the best personal groomer on the market even better. Worth every penny.
