I can't be happier!
Despite me being a complete beginner, the Norelco Multigroom 9000 made the whole experience feel easy! Quality: The device feels rigged and solid, yet easy to handle Trimming/Shaving: I had a very thick beard due to not shaving/trimming for a while, yet the Norelco didn't have any problem getting me a nice clean shave! Tools/Attachments: The Norelco Multigroom 9000 came with every single attachment that I could think of to keep myself well-groomed! It's an all-in-one device for hair, beard, and body. Bottomline: - Supurb quality. - Shaves/Trims fast. - Battery lasts for so long. - Warranty is unmatched. - Worth every penny and more!
Great multigroomer, very well made, smooth and doesn't pull hair.
First off, I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. That said, I was extremely impressed by it. Having recently gone through ordering multiple beard and body trimmers (three) that were dead on arrival or did a terrible job, the Norelco Multigroom put all others to shame. Initial impression: out of the box, it was clear it was a cut above the rest. The box it comes in and travel container are of a higher quality than any other I've used. The case has a piece that holds each piece in a mold so it won't get lost or shift during travel. The weight of the groomer and quality of the stainless steel is also apparent from the get go. I really like that it has an indicator that flashes when it is charging so you know it is actually being charged, as others have not had that feature which seems like a no- brainer. Use: It was very smooth and easy to use, popping off different attachments was easy and using it to shave my head was a breeze. It didn't pull on my hair or leave red marks like other shavers have and the battery lasted throughout with ease. Of shavers and trimmers I've used, they often pull or grab at hair that makes it uncomfortable or painful, so it was refreshing that this groomer had none of those issues. I like the nose trimmer and multiple attachments as well, definitely always a positive to have more than fewer. One con however is that I wish they had one length trimmer that was attachable and adjustable rather than multiples that have to be replaced for different lengths, I've found for my beard there isn't one short enough for the length I prefer to keep it at (about half a centimeter) so I was forced to use a different trimmer for that which was disappointing, especially for the cost. Price: I do find it a little expensive for what it is, but that said you get what you pay for and others that I've bought have let me down significantly compared to this one so I would say it justifies its cost overall. Overall I'm pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality mutligroomer.
The only clippers you need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to replace a drawer full of clippers, trimmers, guards and attachments. And this one product got rid of my old hair clippers, my beard trimmer and the nose hair trimmers. I kept separate clippers for hair versus beard because of the size of the head needing to be different for each. They've solved that with this set - you can swap out not only guards, but the whole cutting head depending on your usage. It really covers any possible use. Beyond that, I was really happy to feel how solid and well-made these are. The clipper body is metal and sturdy. I'm not sure how long a single charge will hold but so far I've not had to recharge after a few weeks of use. The performance is most important in the end, and I can say these are the best I've ever used. Very sharp, very accurate. If there's a con here, it's that they should have tried harder to differentiate when color coding the guards. There's a dark gray and a black and a very dark green, but they all look almost the same. I find myself referring back to the instructions a lot to make sure I have the right thing. Otherwise, super happy.
This product was average
I received a free sample of the multigroom product, overall I thought it was okay I was expecting something lighter to use, it didn`t shave a close as I would have liked and then I didn`t enjoy having to change to so many blades to find the one that would work for me
Close Shave For All Areas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good solid trimmer. It really has a good close shave without any attachments on it. Not your straight razor shave, but as close to it as I have come. It doesn't take long to charge and on top of that, it stays charged for going on a week now. The attachments are easily to assemble. It comes with blades for your beard/face, hair, and your body and the *whooo* area. When I say it works for all, it actually does. No Knicks or cuts with this one. It's kind of heavy for the size. It's not crazy heavy, but it does feel solid. It doesn't seem to be a trimmer that will break easily.
No usb-c
Review of a Shaver/Cutter Without USB-C While the performance of this shaver/cutter may meet expectations in terms of functionality, the lack of a USB-C charging port feels like a significant drawback in 2024. USB-C has become the universal standard for most devices due to its versatility, faster charging, and widespread compatibility. Unfortunately, this product’s reliance on outdated charging technology creates unnecessary inconvenience for modern users. Pros: • The cutting and shaving performance itself is reliable, delivering clean results. • Ergonomic design ensures comfortable handling during use. • Battery life is decent, lasting multiple sessions on a full charge. Cons: 1. Outdated Charging Port: The absence of USB-C means carrying an extra cable for this device, which feels unnecessary when most gadgets now use USB-C. 2. Slower Charging: The older charging port delivers slower speeds compared to the efficiency USB-C provides. 3. Limited Compatibility: Fewer devices and chargers support older connectors, leading to potential headaches for users traveling or managing multiple devices. Final Thoughts: While this shaver/cutter may excel in core functionality, it is held back by its outdated charging solution. For a device to be truly practical and convenient in today’s world, adopting USB-C should be standard. Unless the brand updates the charging port, users may find better alternatives that combine excellent performance with modern connectivity.

Versatile, Ergonomic, Powerful, Great Battery Life
I've had mine since 2016. I've always used it primarily to touch up my beard and mustache. I moved into a new house in August 2017, and the charger got lost in the move. I didn't even realize that until several months later, when I thought ”It's been a while, I better charge this thing." But the battery had kept going and going (apologies to the bunny) for months already, so I decided to see how long it would last. Flash forward to March 2020, and COVID-19. Barber shops in my state closed, and I was already overdue for a haircut. Since I was working at home, I decided to do it myself. Nothing fancy, just a high-and-tight. I've got an old set of professional trimmers, but just out of curiosity, I thought I'd try my P/N Multigroomer, just to see if it could handle it. I thought surely its battery would finally die while cutting my hair. Wrong! It withstood the challenge, and mowed through my bushy head of hair like a knife through butter. Not only that, I have trimmed my hair with it three more times since March on top of my normal beard upkeep. It finally died Friday, May 23, after my most recent trim, over 2.5 years since its last charge. I highly recommend this trimmer. It's reliable. It's versatile. It feels good in your hand and is precise. And, of course, it's got great battery life. I've already ordered a new charger, and hope to continue using this trimmer for years to come.
overall great razor/trimmer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few of these over the years and went back to Philips because of the quality and this model does not disappoint. I don't ever use all the attachments but the ones I do use work well. Also, great battery life
Great quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed by the quality of the trimmer, it has a huge variety of attachments to handle basically anything you would need it for. It's super easy to pop off the various guides to get a nice taper going, and the cutting heads are study, solid pieces. It’s extremely smooth and quiet. What I love most about it is that it does not pull hair and the head of the trimmer can be cleaned under the tap. I use it every couple of days to trim my beard and occasionally my hair and I haven't had to recharge it yet! It still has plenty of power. Highly recommend.
Norelco Multigroom 7770
I received the Philips Norelco Multigroom 7770 as a free sample to try it on myself and I must said it was such a powerful tool. Although one feature I would like it to change is the instruction. It was not clear and often time it`s confusion on how to put each different size clipper on. I wish it was easy to follow with step by step (pictures). I had a hard time to figure out how to change heads and struggle with it.
