I was looking for a trimmer with multiple functions because we travel often and I like to pack light. The trimmer handle has a nice stainless design, you don't see that much anymore. It's comfortable to hold and feels solid in your hands. You can use it wet or dry, I don't tend to use mine in the shower but it's nice to have that option. Charging is quick and the usb cable is included. The blades are self sharpening, no oiling required. I haven't had it long enough for them to be dull. The most awesome part of this trimmer for me is the all the attachments. I can't think of anything this trimmer doesn't offer. Nose and ear, adjustable guards, fading guards, guards for body, face, eyebrows and hair, extra steel trimmers in different sizes, shavers. I have to say I have used almost all of the attachments and they work well. There is also a bag included but that would probably be my only complaint. It's a soft drawstring bag and a structured bag would have been nice, with the amount of attachments that were included. Overall, my favorite trimmer by far. Highly recommend this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think this is a very good electric shaver with a strong motor. While it may be a one item fits all for some people, it unfortunately was not the case for me. I do think the motor is one of the strongest on the market for electric shavers which comes in handy for my coarse beard, but the lack of adjustable head makes getting the neck line pretty tricky. I do not do a close shave, so I can’t say for certain if this cuts as close as other ones on the market. For the wide blade hair accessories, I have not tried yet even though there are tons of options, the hair only comes with 4mm, 9mm, 12mm, and higher. I cut my hair very short, 3mm on sides and 6mm on top, so this will not be replacing my regular hair timers. In a bind, I could accommodate the smaller head size if all I have with me is this shaver which may come in handy down the road. I love the ability for a wet and dry shave, but trying to shave in the shower, hair collects underneath the ridge of the trimmers, so each pass you will have to wash the hair away which is time consuming. The battery life and feel are pretty good. It’s a beefy shaver which makes me believe it will stand the test of time, though I’m uncertain with the longevity of all the plastic clip on pieces. One drop and I believe those will break making them unusable, but thankfully I have not done this yet. To sum it up, it’s a good shaver with a great motor and battery life, but some of the short comings will make me keep having to use multiple items for a complete shave/haircut.

I received a free sample of the multigroom product, overall I thought it was okay I was expecting something lighter to use, it didn`t shave a close as I would have liked and then I didn`t enjoy having to change to so many blades to find the one that would work for me

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. For my years I`ve used another major brand for my grooming/shaving needs. This Norelco however, for its size and amount of trimming guards, is certainly something to consider purchasing. It definitely packs a punch and would be ideal for someone who travels a lot. The number of attachments truly makes this an `all-in-one` groomer which is a plus from having to use multiple units to achieve the same results. The groomer is user-friendly and all components are easy to attach for even the 16 year old beginning his journey into manhood shaving. Overall, I would recommend this trimmer. As I`ve mentioned before, this would single handily be my traveler as it has more than enough guards and attachments for that perfect shave.

Despite me being a complete beginner, the Norelco Multigroom 9000 made the whole experience feel easy! Quality: The device feels rigged and solid, yet easy to handle Trimming/Shaving: I had a very thick beard due to not shaving/trimming for a while, yet the Norelco didn't have any problem getting me a nice clean shave! Tools/Attachments: The Norelco Multigroom 9000 came with every single attachment that I could think of to keep myself well-groomed! It's an all-in-one device for hair, beard, and body. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to replace a drawer full of clippers, trimmers, guards and attachments. And this one product got rid of my old hair clippers, my beard trimmer and the nose hair trimmers. I kept separate clippers for hair versus beard because of the size of the head needing to be different for each. They've solved that with this set - you can swap out not only guards, but the whole cutting head depending on your usage. It really covers any possible use. Beyond that, I was really happy to feel how solid and well-made these are. The clipper body is metal and sturdy. I'm not sure how long a single charge will hold but so far I've not had to recharge after a few weeks of use. The performance is most important in the end, and I can say these are the best I've ever used. Very sharp, very accurate. If there's a con here, it's that they should have tried harder to differentiate when color coding the guards. There's a dark gray and a black and a very dark green, but they all look almost the same. I find myself referring back to the instructions a lot to make sure I have the right thing. Otherwise, super happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit at a local retail store and the charging light did not operate correctly, nor did the unit charge. I called Phillips support and with very few questions, they sent me a replacement unit and included a package in which I could pack and return the faulty head unit. I was most impressed and am thoroughly enjoying this appliance!

Not as complete as it could've been. Wish it had more hair trimming guards all the way to 30mm. The 16mm guard limits your hair's trimming range. It's too short. Not sure if any longer guards are available for sale? If not, please make some ASAP. I need to buy them all.
