I recently used a philips norelco multigroom 9000shaver, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. While it generally performed well in terms of trimming , I got a cut on my face during use, which was unexpected. I followed the usual precautions, but it seems the blades were a bit too aggressive for my skin. I had to stop, clean the cut, and treat it, which wasn't ideal. Philips products are usually reliable, but this experience left me concerned about the safety of this model. I hope future designs are more skin-friendly to prevent such

This product is durable, well-designed, with numerous comb/stops and shaping tools. Along with two stainless steel heads to accept the multiple parts. I have used used this trimmer twice weekly for approximately 5-10 mins. each time for almost three years, I believe. It seems that I can go the better part of a year without recharging. I wish the batteries in my vehicles were that reliable.

I received this trimmer for free, but to be honest, I love it so much that I would`ve gladly paid for one. At first glance at the packaging, I could tell this was one serious trimmer...maybe too serious in the sense that I was nervous that it may be too complicated for a schlub like me! My concerns were quickly put the rest the moment I unpacked everything and started taking inventory of the attachments. The instructions were concise and the labeling on the attachhments themselves was as clear as can be. This is like a basketball MVP of trimmers -- sleek, versatile, dependable, and extremely effective! It can literally be used for any grooming situation, which is great because I`ve had to purchase `specialized` products in the past (e.g., one for shaving my face, another for my body, a trimmer for the nose and around the ears, etc.). No more! The Multigroom 7770 is a one-stop chop shop! What`s more is that it is as effective in the shower as it is out of it, and the lithium battery gives it enough juice for any grooming job!

So far, this seems like a well made, quality product, however, for its lofty price, I just can not, for the life of me, understand why a charger stand is not provided. It's a lovely piece of equipment but to have it plug in from the bottom and to have to lay it on its side while charging is absurd.

The best being a giant professional corded one- up until now. The test is being able to trim the beard without moving the hairs- think of having a sharp knife blade that can cut a tomato without bending it. This trimmer does that. It cuts through hair like butter- all without a cord! The heads interchange easy - there's several to use for most every occasion. This is the best cordless trimmer I've had by far.

The rotary heads are easy on my skin...never a nick or a cut ever. I would recommend this shaver to my best friends.

I have a decent size beard but like to keep my sideburns trimmed lower and this is perfect for that. If you’re in the market for a new trimmer give this one a try.

This is an amazing unit. I love it. One issue, the storage bag is horrible. Made of cheap material that will surely fall apart. They should have included a heavy nylon case or some sore of hard or semi hard clam shell case to keep all the parts in. I will have to go out and buy a new case to keep this in and to protect it.

I really like this trimmer as it comes with alot of options and works very well. I have used it multiple times now and my beard always comes out looking fresh with sharp lines. My only irks with this trimmer is that the beard guards only go up to 7mm, so if you want to use anything higher than that on your beard, you have to change the attachment. Only other thing is with the cleaning brush and never being able to find it in the case with the other guards.
