I just got is, so I don't know how it works but I did have a previous multi-groom from Philips which I liked (battery quit after 2+ years though). It does have all the parts and appears to be a pretty solid unit. It is corded/cordless and water immersable. I went through the process of registering the product in order to extend the warranty but found after doing that that the warranty period was EXACTLY the same as on the box - Five years! So I don't know what the point of that was ... unless it is just a matter of semantics with them and "Extend your guarantee for free" means the original "Extended Warranty"? I wish companies didn't try to intentionally mislead.

I normally let my beard grow until it becomes a bit shaggy, trim it back and start again. This has plenty of attachments to get things the way you want. The battery power seems good as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Phillips all in one trimmer 9000 series is amazing. It has 4 different blades for face, hair, body, and nose & ear. Along with multiple attachments for each blade. The trimmer itself is a great design that fits easily in your hand, and is pretty light weight. The blades don’t pull at your hair, and makes it a very comfortable shave with the clean cutting ability. It is also nice and quiet, and very well made. I love the fact that it is a wet/dry trimmer, unlike others. The battery life is very good, I use it daily, and didn’t have to charge it for almost 3 weeks. That brings me to the one con about it, I wish there was a digital battery life screen. I think that would make it absolutely perfect.

I'm impressed with all the extra heads they include but honestly i just use the 1MM option and skip the rest. I keep my hair pretty tight and this helps with it easily. I like that it can be charged with a USB connection - granted you can't lose the power plug because the plug on the trimmer isn't USB so I would knock off al ittle on convenience there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best beard trimmer I’ve ever used. The cut is so perfect and close. It’s waterproof which my other one is not. I love how many different attachments there are. It also seems to hold a full charge for a really long time, perfect for traveling.

I've used this shaver for a couple of weeks now and it's very smooth, it's not loud unlike my last shaver, the grip is very comfortable and nice on the hand. The guards work well and very nice. The only down side is that it doesn't cut as close as my previous shaver but still very close.
