Product wouldn’t charge when plugged in. Ruled out an outlet problem by plugging something else into same outlet. Ended up returning it to my point-of-sale for a refund. Also, packaging was horrible. Slid out the plastic “tray” and all the attachments fell out onto my desk. The only thing secured on the “tray” was the shaver itself.

This is a nice trimmer set - with lots of attachments. The only design flaw is the placement of the on/off switch. It is in a spot where you constantly accidentally turn it off when using it. It would be much better if the switch were on the side of the unit.

The Philips Multigroom series 7000 is a quality product that feels comfortable in the users hand and performs as expected. I would certainly recommend this product though I also acknowledge a few minor design flaws. 1. The handle, while well built and comfortable to use, is slippery and requires added attention when adjusting your grip so you don't end up dropping it. 2. The blades, when being used directly on the scalp for an extra fine trim, scratch a more than other brands we've tried. I advise a more gentle touch. 3. The placement of the on/off button is not great! This is probably my biggest complaint as adjustments in my grip usually leads to the button being hit and the tool being turned off. The slippery handle does not help here!

I ended up giving that trimmer away and purchased the newer Series 9000 All-In-One trimmer thinking that it would be similar, only to find out that the upgraded design and noise reduction were definitely worth the purchase of the Series 9000 trimmer. Thus another five star rating.

I got this in a deal at Sam's for $39.98 before tax. Philips has released a new version in their 7000 series and it has few attachments altered and removed the mesh trimmer available with this trimmer set. I was exactly looking for this and the deal came at right time. Nice weight to hold, water proof body. The attachments are overwhelming and many might not use everything. The best feature is you can operate this while connected to power and you don't have time to recharge the battery. The ear trimmer attachment was pretty sharp and watch out while trimming ear joints. I guess this will last me at least 5 years.

Amazing machine which functions quietly and efficiently. Every attachment provides precise cuts or trims. The battery is supposed to last 4 hours, and I have already gotten 3 haircuts with a single charge. However, I would like a plug for the charging port to block water from entering the machine. Overall, the machine is worth a rating of 5.

It has a very smooth operation and is quite compared to others. It has so many attachments that it can get confusing to choose the one you are wanting to use. It would be nice if the storage bag allowed all of them to be organized instead of just thrown in. Other than that it is a great choice and I highly recommend it.

The product works well, but I'm giving it a 2 star only due to the location of the power button. It's in the worst possible place, right below where they place a grip pad where you are supposed to put your finger. I am constantly inadvertently powering it off while using it. They couldn't have put the power button in a worse spot.
