This is an amazing full body groomer from all the different combs to the beautifully designed sturdy body and the long run time. The only item that could make this the undeniably best groomer on the market is having a full face razer. This is not a deal breaker as I would definitely buy this unit again just the way it is.

Due to coronavirus my husband needed a hair cut desperately! Used it to cut his hair. With all the attachments I was able to trim his moustache, hair in ears, nose and eyebrows without cutting him. Charged quickly. Convenient little bag for all all the pieces...he's looking good and we're still married!

This is a great tool, especially for the price. Many improvements over a previous Philips product that I've been using. All that prevented a 5 star rating is that it would have been idea to supply a storage tray. It did come with a bag, but over time I'm sure that some of the pieces will become damaged. Still I would highly recommend this product. So far, so good.

I wanted an all in one wireless solution for face, body, hair. Was attracted by the solid construction, great battery power and warranty. It has all the accessories and lengths I might need. Battery seems to have great autonomy. What I don't like so much is the design of the start button which can be easily pressed during operation. Can also start itself in a luggage or bag. Some bits of hair do manage to get inside, where the rotor is. That zone is lubricated and hard to clean. Also, the flaps that keep the blade attached don't strike me as very sturdy, but I hope they last because I do change the blades often. Then again, there's the 5 year warranty which is encouraging. All in all, I am very pleased with it. I would have taken half a star from my 5 start rating, just for the button start/stop thing. But I got it for a pretty good price which together with the warranty (did I mention it's 5 years?) and all the features makes up for a very good buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This unit trims well and does everything it promises. I just wanted something to keep my beard trim. It definitely delivers. Honestly, it might be overkill for what I need but I wanted something that would last. Of course, the answer to that question will only come with time.

When it was time to get a new trimmer I did a ton of research, read and watched reviews and recommendations through searches, YouTube video reviews etc. I narrowed my choice to two trimmers, this one and the brio beardscape. I ended up choosing this one because of all the attachments that come with it which makes it very easy to take a lot of bulk off my beard but also do precision cutting with the smaller headed blade. The nose hair and eyebrow trimmers are icing on the cake. Plus with the lithium ion battery I don't have to worry about charging often. The price was amazing as well (bought it at Costco). It is very well built and doesn't look or feel cheap. Highly recommend this trimmer

[Employee of philipsglobal] I was trimming my beard and cut my lips with even 1mm guard on. The blade moves too close. I had been a Series 5000 user for years and that never had such an issue. Also I very much miss the precision trimmer head that the series 5000 had. The new one's precision trimmer is not goot at all for me. The power button is too soft to the touch. I keep swtiching it off all the time while trimming. I also want to point out that when I use the nose hair trimmer head, it creates a vibration fequency that is highly irritating for my nerves. It simulates a similar feeling as pre-sneezing tingling sensation but only highly amplified. I still need to go back to my old trimmer for my nose hair trimming and the precision trimming. Other than that it is a solid products. But these issues are big tickets for me for sure that will hold me back from getting another 7000.

My first product fully plastic lasted me about 6 to 7 years until it's switch was having a contact issue and although it was working I decided to get a new one. It was reasonable value for money considering monthly 1 use. The second one , steel. Body, was a pain to use as the switch would accidentally turn on and off while in hand and battery failed within 2 years. I am using the third one. I am hoping that the team has had enough experience to come up with a quality switch and battery product to last years with my occasional use. In 1980s and 1990s Philips was perceived as a brand that stands for simple high quality products. The effort needs to be directed at maintaining that

So far so good after two months. I'm quite happy with the amount of trims that you can do with this product. Many different lengths to choose from from 7 mm up to a nice close shave. Bought this too use instead of a regular razor and shaving cream, it has definitely saved time and money by not having to buy razors or shaving cream.

It works well, and is well balanced and has all the accessories you can dream of micro shaver, micro trimmer, every height guard, etc. But I have two faults with this. First, can't you make a clipper height that's adjustable rather than all those pieces of plastic to track? Secondly, and probably more important, the balance is great, fits in your hands well, but the on-off button seems right at the point of balance, and the grip is too far up. Had they switched the placement of these two, I would have given a 5 star rating. I've been using this for 6 weeks and yet I keep holding it by the switch rather than the grip. It's in a bad place Phillips! Honestly, I wouldn't buy another due to these 2 issues.
