The product works well, but I'm giving it a 2 star only due to the location of the power button. It's in the worst possible place, right below where they place a grip pad where you are supposed to put your finger. I am constantly inadvertently powering it off while using it. They couldn't have put the power button in a worse spot.

First time ever having a trimmer- thank you Covid 19. Philips is a great brand so I trusted them and other reviews. The trimmer is effective, reliable and has outstanding battery life. Done 3 haircuts and many, many beard and body trims- no sign of a recharge in sight yet! Good variety of trimmer heads...just wish there were additional hair trimmer attachments greater than 16mm. Not everyone wants their hair that short all over. Otherwise- a great purchase.

The multigroom 7000 series from Phillips is a tough, reliable and comprehensive hair grooming product. Have used heavy bulky grooming devices that have not lasted very long. This grooming device is light, durable, well designed and with the multple heads provides one product for such a variety of functions. I would highly recommend the Phillips Multigroom series.

The unit works well enough - the heads are easy to change, easy to clean. The one area that needs improvement for sure is the placement of the on/off button. it's nearly impossible to use this without turning it off. When you wrap your hand around it to hold on to it (and you need to as it's not light), you always hit the sensitive on/off button. other than that, it works

The shaver is solid and feels high-end. It cuts very close and is weighted nicely in my hand. I haven't used any guards because I shave my head right down. The charge seems to last me for several shaves of my face and head. The only issue I have with it is that the on off button is in a bad spot. When holding it I keep hitting the button that turns it off because of it's placement. I'm forced to hold the shaver right close to the back of the blade which is harmless but then the shaver isn't balanced properly weight wise in my hand anymore. Maybe that's a user problem, I don't know, but that's why I am only giving 4 stars. Oh, and I like that I can get it wet.

I have 2 if these now. One for me and one for my son. It works great keeping my beard trim to say 1-2mm as well as same on my head. However there is way too many extra pieces in this set, for me. I use the large metal trim head and on occasion a 2 or 3mm for chest are. Holds a charge well and last quite a while. No concern with it dying on full charge to trim whatever I’m going to that day.

Hair bits get under the removable cutting blade and into the chamber underneath where the motor is, where the hair mixes with the grease that lubricates the motor. Just generally unpleasant to clean properly. Removing/swapping the cutting blade to get at this chamber is also tricky to do without turning on the unit by accident (just the way the on/off button is prominently positioned). It's not really dangerous if you turn it on by accident while taking off the blade, just kind of surprising.

My 25 years old Philips beard trimmer still going doesn't cut this close. The trimming on this is very close and expected. Its more quite and easier to clean. My first one failed and didn't work at all. It was replaced under warranty. A very good father day gift.

I only shop for Norelco trimmers, shavers, razors! This one has to be the absolute best trimmer that they have out right now! Switch back & forth from blade to blade or comb to comb with such ease! The only part that messes with me is sometimes my finger will hit the power button in the middle of shaving, but otherwise its a top notch product!

The main unit is good quality but the trimming accessory pieces are not marked/identified insofar as what each piece is used for. Obviously I know what the nose/ear trimmer and razor is but none of the trimming pieces are marked/identified ie. beard trimmer or hair trimmer. One has to guess or through trial and error to find which trimmer does what.
