It is not color pictured. If I would have looked at it before my kids put it together I would have returned it. It is black and shows all dirt. It is not gray as in picture

Very study with plenty of storage room. Doesn't leak inside so contents stay dry. Looks beautiful and comfortable to sit on too! Exactly what I wanted!

The metal bars are not cut to length properly. I'm returning this. I got halfway through assembly and had to stop. Very poor fitment. Save your money.

Buyer beware, cheap plastic pieces do not snap together or match up, putting any pressure on the arm rails causes them to break, almost have it assembled and it’s ready for the garbage can!

Delivery box was damaged and it seemed to have been a return that was repackaged. There wasn’t any instructions provided and some of the parts were damaged.

It's nice but I wasn't sure if it was going to be the right side because there were no specifications or dimensions on the website. Really frustrating when not all of the information is there.

I've purchased one before and its very practical. The instructions are very general and a couple of my metal supports weren't straight, but was still able to put together. Overall still a good deal.

The seat back plank piece that reinforces the seat back was missing. I contacted the manufacturer- Keter. They said they can’t send the missing piece and I will have to return the bench to where I bought it and get a new one. Instead of taking the bench apart and returning it, we will keep the bench. The seat back doesn’t feel as supportive as it should and flexes when leaned on. It would be less inconvenient for everyone if they could just send the missing part instead of having us take it apart, return it and rebuild it again. Other than the missing piece, it’s a nice bench.

Pros: This works great for storing the kids' outside toys and a spot for watching them play. Cons: This is plastic which means two things: 1. It is sturdy enough but not much. It came with the backrest for the bench broken beyond use. 2. It gets HOT when in the sun, especially with the dark color.

I assembled this bench today and all the parts worked together and fit very nicely. A lot of them just snap into place, and a few pieces need screws. Assembly was easy and we are happy with it. It looks nice on our back patio deck and will be very functional for storing a few things out there. Recommended.
