The TV seems great so far. I caught it on sale with the $100 gift card and Free 5 year Warranty. If you're looking for your Gift Card, it supposed to come in a email and it can take as many as 3 weeks after purchase to receive.

My review is for the poor customer service and experience in buying this product that I have never received and that if it ever shows up I will refuse delivery. I selected the date of delivery, confirmed within 24 hours of such date with online chat and email from CSR, than only for 12 hours later that they don't know when order will be processed and when it will go out for delivery, yet they say it's "stock" if this is how they treat people before even delivering the goods, can you imagine when it's time to try to make a warranty claim?
