cake was decorated great but the cake was not moist like the cakes I always order from there. I don't know if they changed the batter or what, but they always had the best cakes

The design and the taste were both fantastic. We got the golden/vanilla cake and the black writing. The writing is printed as opposed to icing, so no stained teeth.

Our sons 9th birthday cake was exactly as pictured & also delicious. I saved so much money because custom cakes are over 60$ everywhere I’ve gotten them before. Thank you Sam’s Club

The cake tasted great!!! Wish they would have taken more time on putting the screen print on, there was a ton of bubbles. However it was for our 5 year old and he didn’t even notice.

This cake was awesome for the price! The details were amazing as well! The only thing I would change is the icing. I prefer buttercream because it tastes so much better.

Got a cake for my granddaughters birthday, found that it was bigger and cheaper at Sam's Club. The cake was moist and delicious my granddaughter loved it and there was plenty to go around.

The cake flavor was great as always and ready on time for pickup. Found out the day before scheduled that edible image printer was down so it wasn’t decorated like the image. It did come with the toy kit so we made it work.

Really appreciate that Sam’s Club lets you order custom character cakes online and through their app! One of the only places I found that does that. Cake looked great, custom text was perfect, and it actually tasted good too!

Showed up to get my cake and apparently the decorator started it but never finished it and left for the day. But what I find interesting is that a whole new cake had to be decorated not just finished. This is has been a very disappointing experience with the Sam’s Club bakery.
