My cats won't eat. I came here to see if there was a recall. Haha - no, it seems you changed the food. Why?! Both my cats refuse to eat it. What do I do now? Your ratings below WERE 5 stars across the board (quality, value, pet acceptance) but now I give it a 1 for everything and looks like I need to find a different food. You customers (THE CATS) are telling you to switch back.

I don't know what you have done to the formula but my poor barn cats are starving themselves rather than eat it. I thought they would get hungry enough eventually but they went for straight days without touching it before I finally bought something else for them. Even the possums were not coming and cleaning it out of their bowls at night. This has always been their favorite food, please change it back, whatever you have done is terrible.

This has been my cats' favorite food for over 15 years! Something has changed because they won't eat the last two bags that I have bought. I see on your website that you now have indoor and outdoor formulas. Is one of those more inline with the Original formula, before it was changed? Would really appreciate feedback. Thank you!

We bought a 20# bag so we had a lot on hand for our two cats. They won't touch Kit & Caboodle. It's the first time we bought the product and now I have an almost full 20# bag and I can't give it away to another cat owner. I guess I'll have to just use it for traction if we get stuck in the snow. Thanks for nothing!!

My cat has been eating Only kit kaboodle for years, and now he won't eat it. I bye the big bags and I noticed the last serving of my old bags was a lighter color than the product In the new bag. Well I have tried twice now for my cat to eat from the new bag and he won't even nibble on it. Something is wrong. Went today to find a new kind of cat food that I hope he will like.

The last two 22 pound bags smell like corn, not like it has on the past.. it is making my cat sick! I usually buy 4 bags of this per month to feed my TNR cats, so I am going to have to find another alternative. I can't stand the smell so they are not getting what they need from it either. The color is off, , I noticed both of these as soon as I opened the bags! I'm extremely disappointed...I've bought this for many years

We got this because they were out of the normal members mark blue bag and most of our cats eat it but the prefer the blue bag. One of our cats (orange maincoon) left and quit coming to eat. Another (our Siamese) leaves for 1.5 days at a time now. Our 4 manx Bombay mix and bombay cat eat it every day. And I think you can tell from the pics the members mark blue keeps them nice and healthy as that's all they were fed. The manx kittens are already massive now growing up on the members mark. The other cats we didn't get as kittens like the manx mix. The manx mix are bigger and heavier than the mother now at 6 months old with pure muscle no fat. So I'm going to go back and stay with the members mark blue bag as long as it's available. It's great price wise and health wise. It is barely and I mean barely more expensive than this stuff but much better food I believe. And if you switch from one food to another it usually takes a bit for cats to get use to it because they don't like to change diets a lot quickly but ours never did get to liking this as much as the members blue and like I said one completely left after only coming every couple days and now one other is wandering off a day at a time.

We have been buying Kit & Kaboodle for over 10 years! I bought a bag 2 weeks ago & my cats have refused to eat it! At first I thought something was wrong with my cat but after a clean bill of health from our vet & checking their food I've noticed that the food is smaller in size & a different color! Please do away with this change!

Used K&K for over 10 years for ferals and my cats with no problems. Stuck with it because they all like it and look healthy. Noticed last 16lb bag looked darker and different. My two cats don't like it and one started to vomit the food almost daily inside and out. Couldn't figure out why because she normally doesn't do this. Now I can put my finger on it, the formula was changed. A heads up would have been nice for your loyal customers before doing the switcharoo. Don't think I'll be buying Purina again, and that's a shame. Me and my cats feeling betrayed. Just being honest here!

I see by the recent reviews that there HAS been a change in formula; we have an extremely finicky 9 year old cat who ONLY eats Original Kit & Kaboodle, and the most recent 38lb purchase is going uneaten; he is currently on a starvation strike as I buy small boxes of all types of cat food, hoping he will eat SOMETHING; what were you thinking? I will say that your Kitten Chow has always been a hit with our cats, so I am not against your brand, just this change without notification (i.e. new formula! on the packaging); I would not have invested in a 38lb bag, and tried a small box/bag to see how he would react to it first
