Used this product for about 16 years. Switched to another brand because I could purchase it closer to home. After about a year I switched back to Morton. Other brand left more residue in tub and toilet and water wasn’t as clear.

We used this salt when we owned our home and now our landlord requires us to use this brand. We have never had a problem with this sale and feel we can rely on this product. We haven't ever seen any salt residue on our dishes or clothing.

This is the brand that the water softner company uses, so why not get it where it is cheaper? No complaints and the handle with easy tear bag works fine.

This salt was much cleaner than the brand I was using oreviously. The cost was less and the bag had 4 more lbs. As a plus member i had the added benefit of arranging a pick up, which saved me a couple lifts!

The price we get in Sams Club is the best in the market. I compared prices between stores and sure enough, the best deal was here. Same product, better price!

For me Morton is a trusted brand. Be sure to determine which type of salt product is best for your setup. The extra 4 pounds in the club bag is a plus.

Buying salt to help keep the hard water a little cleaner is part of my life now. Too early to tell the effects, but this was a great option compared to hiring a service to come and fill my softener.

Be careful buying from Sam's. This is the second time that I have had holes in the bag that caused the salt to spill out. This time I ordered ahead and picked it up. The kid put the torn bag in my trunk and I had a huge mess to clean up.

This bag of salt for my water system is evonomical when purchased ftom SAMS. Too heavy? Just asked an associate for help in getting it into the cart and into car for you.

We have had a water softner for 7 years. We have used the Morton Clean and Protect since we started using it. Never had a problem with its performance.
