A little too salty. Have purchased prosciutto several years from Sam’s. This was saltier than any I remember. Some people would not eat it d/t saltiness.

it was already bad, i almost threw up on the first bite. the middle looked slightly green, didn't notice till after trying to eat it, the first pack stunk, no, not like fancy meat.

This has an off coppery taste that extremely objectionable. It is cheap very young or fast processed prosciutto. do not buy this. i threw all of it out.

I had high hopes but this prosciutto was absolutely awful. It was dry and honestly, there was more flavor from the paper than the meat. I felt like I was eating the paper between the meat and even checked the pieces of paper a few times to make sure I had not left any behind. Maybe it had sat at the store and was handled wrong, but I would never buy this again.

Best proscuitto I have found.

Got moldy before seal is broken. Had to toss it!!!
