This prosciutto tastes good but it is almost impossible to separate the slices. They even stick to the ‘faux’ parchment sheets between them.

Firstly, the prosciutto is sliced so thin that you are unable to peel off a clean slice. Then they use plastic sheets in between the slices that the prosciutto sticks to. I bought this hoping to roll it and serve it to guests as part of a platter, but that was impossible. So much of it ended up sticking to the plastic sheets that I gave up trying to scrape them off and it ended up in the trash. Not a good experience considering how expensive prosciutto is. I will never buy this brand again.

Its a very good quality proscuitto. I normally pay 24.99 /lb at my italian market and its hit or miss on quality even though its fresh cut. I went back to sams and bought more after trying it the first time.

Tastes good but it gets very salty within a short period of time

I bought this once, tried a piece, and did not like it, so I gave it to my dog (she liked it). I accidently repurchased it again because I forgot what brand of prosciutto to avoid.

This was a waste of money. I can't even eat it, it's extremely too salty
