I think it is pretty well built. However, the construction process was questionable at times. It seems it would be easier to put the trapeze hangers on before attaching the board. You would also have more room to attach the swing arm to the fort if you

Helps to lay out and organize all parts and pieces before beginning assembly. Took about 8 hours with 2-3 assembling or supervising.:) Directions were clear and there were no missing parts/hardware. Awesome addition to our yard and pure joy for the "grands"!

1. Would be nice if the directions showed the actual part number instead of just the board size._x000D_ 2. Order of construction instructions could be be better - e.g. Install the swing supports before putting the support in the set so they're not so high when attaching.

I provided the info to the company who worked to correct the issue. It is now all up and assembled a few weeks later. So far we love the swingset and so glad we bought it. We will see how it holds up over time.

Make sure to take inventory of all the parts and organize your work area and assembly will be a snap! My little one was blown away and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. So far its been a racecar, a firetruck, a spaceship, and pirate ship (i.e. Its even more magical to imaginative little minds than expected)! Would highly recommend Gorilla products to anyone in the market.

The price was affordable and the quality was much better then the other ones on the market. It was pretty easy to put together and the instructions were clear. My kids are 1 and 7 and love it. Its not too small for my 7 year old. We are so happy we bought this and look forward to using it for years!

I WOULD SAY THAT 90% OF THE INSTALLATION WAS SIMPLE. THE ISSUE I HAD WAS AT TIMES THE T NUTS AND BOLTS WOULD NOT LINE UP. SO FAR I AM IMPRESSED AT HOW STURDY THE SWING SET IS. WHEN BOTH OF MY KIDS ARE SWINGING THERE IS NO SWAY IN THE BEAM AS IS THE CAS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the wood-roof version of Outing w/ Trapeze Bar Swing Set during the COVID pandemic since we aren't able to use the play structures at our local parks. It took a few days to build, but I was able to do it almost entirely by myself, with just a bit of help from my wife a couple times when some pieces had to be propped up or balanced before they were bolted together. The instructions are fantastic. Every piece is clearly marked and all the wood is pre-cut and pre-drilled so it's really just an assembly project. I know Gorilla playsets are more expensive than some you can find elsewhere, but I believe it is well worth it to get a sturdier, higher quality set. I'm not worried about pieces splintering or cracking or anything like that. We made a slight modification to the instructed set. Instead of putting the vertical slats and windows above the slide and ladder, we instead installed those on the opposing back side. We kept the wheel against the back, but moved the spyglass to the space above the ladder. This was because the back side looked toward our neighbor's yard and we wanted to be conscious about privacy for both our neighbors and our playing children. If you want to do this "perfectly" you'll have to cut some of the vertical wall boards shorter, but I didn't and it just means that on the back side the boards go down a bit further than on the other walls.

I put it together myself, would have probably gone quicker with 2 people. It is a bit overwhelming when you start going through all the parts but just take the directions one step at a time. Put a majority of it together over two days about 12 hours total. We were missing a couple of brackets to attach the monkey bars, contacted the company and they got the prices out right away. I have a 7 and 9 year old and they love it. They eat breakfast and lunch on the platform whenever they can. Overall, very happy with, solid construction and the price was pretty good too.
