Hardware could have been sorted and labelled and that would have earned it a fifth star. For what you are paying, I don't think that it is an unrealistic expectation.

Playset was delivered fast and well packaged. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Almost all of the boards were pre-drilled and ready to assemble. I recommend 2 people for assembly as it helps to have extra hands to support some of the boards, and speeds up assembly. The wood was in great condition and the playset is very solid. Great product, thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item a few weeks ago. The shipment was a little delayed but that was expected with everything going on. I was able to get the set together in about 10 hours with 1 persons help. The instructions were awesome which made assembly much easier than I anticipated it would be. I have some playground mulch to put down then some edging to tie it off.

I ordered the Gorilla Playsets Tandem swing to go with this set and was extremely disappointed that the hanging brackets were not included. I still haven't been able to hang up the tandem since it didn't come with brackets. If you can't buy them together, you should at least inform the customer they need to be purchased separately along with the carabiners!

Quality was outstanding ... cedar wood, pre-drilled holes, fasteners, swings, accessories, part labeling and instructions. Could not be more pleased or identify any improvements. And, the price was very good versus similar play sets of other manufacturers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our kids for Christmas (3rd wk of November) and was concerned it might not get here on time given the vague time frame for delivery. Brenda from customer service was so helpful throughout. From helping me with the initial purchase, to providing me with updates along the way, she was always extremely responsive and informative. Delivery was scheduled and came from the freight company a few weeks before Christmas (ahead of the expected timeframe given). I built the swing set with my Dad and while we thought we could do it in 6 hours or so (he's a retired tradesman and I have grown up in a similar environment), it still took us about 12-13 hours all in all. I was surprised by this since I consider both of us very handy, but we lost a lot of time just trying to dig the set into the ground to get it level. This was by far the greatest challenge so if possible I'd recommend leveling the ground first. Even though it took a while it was fairly easy all the way through. I was very very very impressed with the organization of all of the parts and how easily identifiable they were as we went through the steps to build. In fact, I was initially drawn and was willing to pay more for Gorilla since I knew many of the holes were pre-drilled and the reviews for set up/installation were pretty solid. I cannot stress enough how happy I am that I made this decision and did not settle for less. It would not have been worth it to buy a cheaper set that might come without these things. My only two issues were that the telescope came a little damaged to the point where I could not affix/mount it on the bracket that it came with, and there was one (one out of hundreds that is) 6" bolt that came with damaged threads and we couldn't get a nut onto the end of it. I emailed Brenda at customer service and once again, she answered me within 30 mins and had the two parts shipped to me right away. So great. The kids haven't spent much time on the swing set just yet and I have only had it up for less than 5 days, so I can't speak to durability etc., but overall I am very pleased with my experiences with Gorilla so far and I would definitely recommend.
