Some hardware was missing that we had to purchase ourselves but overall good play set

We just received our play set. Delivery went smooth. Our kids will be extra excited. Its a surprise!!

This company has scheduled 4 different dates in less than a week and a half to install. No reason for not installing except worker's called in sick, sub-contractor refused the agreement to install, computer error for re-scheduling and now a new date. This is not professional for any business.

May want to try a different company!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have spent hours upon hours outside since getting our swingset installed! It is super high quality and I can tell it will stand the test of time. Great layout and lots to do! Couldn't love it more!
