Love this for salads, pasta, etc. Good tasting at a good price. EVO is not for cooking, use light olive oil for that.

I used this instead of my usual ‘expensive' brand. No one noticed that I used this instead. It heats up the same. It tastes the same. It's just not as thick as other name brands if you're using it for dipping bread or dressings.

The California olive oil is the best. Make sure you get the all oil from CA Olive Ranch. Great tasting, does not smoke, tastes great. Better than the imported mixed oil.

This is the ONLY olive oil we use... Most store bought olive oils have many different type oils blended in and can also be rancid. Cold pressed is very important and good olive oil will not be cheap.
