I love the California Olive Oil. I believe I can trust product made in USA. Other Brands depend on imported oil and there is no guaranty of its contents.

This is the ONLY olive oil we use... Most store bought olive oils have many different type oils blended in and can also be rancid. Cold pressed is very important and good olive oil will not be cheap.

I used this instead of my usual ‘expensive' brand. No one noticed that I used this instead. It heats up the same. It tastes the same. It's just not as thick as other name brands if you're using it for dipping bread or dressings.

I found this brand to be highly rated by the The Spruce Eats & NYmag. It is grown & made in California. The ingredients are top notch and good for average cook.

This olive oil is sooo good; however like several other reviewers, I had to order 3 times to get a bottle that wasn't broken in shipment. Now it appears to no longer be available. I am so disappointed that I am not able to order again. Seems they would fix the packing problem instead of discontinuing such a popular item!

If you read about olive oil online, there's all kinds of controversy about origins. It's nice to see something sourced here that is an excellent product, too. I use a LOT of olive oil in salads and in cooking. This one is very well balanced and lacks the harshness you sometimes get. I would even characterize it as mildly sweet. Perfect for salads. I'll definitely buy it again, especially at this price.
